Lovely house with in a great location!

We loved this house so much that we have been back again. The owner is so nice and responsive, the house is beautiful with everything that you need (pool, outdoor shower, laundry, grill, kitchen), and the location is superb!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home during our first trip to the Hamptons area. It's clean and well maintained with everything you need to feel at home. Lisa, the owner, is wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend this vacation home to a friend!

Clean, fresh, modern & comfortable home!

We arrived to a wonderful home. It was clean and ready to take guests. The house is very modern and comfortable. The home perfectly fits 8 people. The pool and outdoor space is exactly how the pictures look. The home is completely eco friendly and makes the experience even more special. The homeowner was very attentive and reliable. The process of renting went smoothly and I have had some bad experiences in the hamptons so it was a breath of fresh air. Great for family or a group of friends. Its on a quiet street about 10 minutes from town in a car. The beach is a 15 minute walk. Overall the home is precious and the process of renting was smooth. Would love to stay there again!

Great family vacation house

We had a wonderful week in Lisa's home. It was the perfect size for us, our two sons and daughters-in-law, and our two preschool-aged grandchildren. The house was sparkly clean and welcoming. Lisa was readily available by phone and text, and couldn't have been more helpful. The semi-open plan of the home with its modern furnishings worked beautifully for us when we were indoors and the glistening pool provided hours of outdoor relaxation and entertainment for everyone. Town and beaches were just minutes away. We would happily rent this house again.

Tranquil backyard, great location!

We had a lovely weekend in Lisa's home, most notably due the the amazing back yard! Though there are neighbors on both sides, it still felt incredibly peaceful and private. The pool is super inviting and the tether ball was a huge hit for kids and adults alike! The home is clean and comfortable and Lisa is a pleasure to work with! We hope to come back!!

Super Clean-Spacious-All the comforts of home!

We had a wonderful stay in this hip and modern home and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property!Every detail is well thought out to create the perfect hideaway. It is beautifully "Clean Chic" decorated and super comfortable. The property is well situated on a quiet street that dead ends right at the water. Lisa, the owner is a real gem and a talented artist . We even decided to buy a piece of artwork that is shown so beautifully throughout the home. She was available 24/7 by phone or email and made every effort was made to ensure that all of us were comfortable. We are already planning our next visit!

South Beach meets The Hamptons

My family and I have wonderful memories of the glorious two weeks of July we spent in Lisa's home. The house has a South Beach vibe...modern and sexy. The kitchen , well equipped for entertaining , flows out to a nice barbecue area on the terrace. Zen like gardens surround the beautiful heated pool. The house is immaculate with comfortable beds, high quality linens, and beautiful state of the art bathrooms. I loved that we could ride our bikes to town and the bay, or hop in the car for the ocean, just a short drive away.

A tranquil escape with the option of activity!

I stayed at Lisa's home with six of my closest friends for a girls weekend getaway from the city, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility mixed with drinking wine by the pool, and convenience to downtown Sag Harbor, beaches, restaurants, and bars. The home and sleeping accommodations were pristine and spacious. The BBQ and appliances state of the art. The whole ambiance was very modern, but still had a very beachy vibe. We had plenty of room, and really enjoyed the convenience of the pool on the weekend. Lisa was always very responsive to any and all questions we had leading up to our weekend stay. There's not much else you can ask for in a rental! I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks, Lisa!

Beautiful house great neighborhood

We loved this house. It has a unique bathroom and a very clean modern decor. The neighborhood had plenty of things for us to do. We were never bored and the owners were very easy to work with.

BEST WEEKEND!

We rented the house for a girls weekend and could not have asked for anything better. Lisa, the home owner, was there to greet us on Friday afternoon. She was so friendly and walked us through everything we would need to know. The house was clean and in a GREAT location. We hope to come back every summer!!

Great modern home

Our stay at this centraly located modern home was very pleasent. The house was very clean, the kitchen a pleasure to use and the backyard very sunny with a nice heated pool. The bay beach is just a short bike ride away as is the town. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quite, clean modern house in the heart of the Hamptons

I am an artist who has been living on the East end of Long Island for over 21 years. Designed and built this home in Sag Harbor to be as sustainable as possible while at the same time creating a living space that was modern and comfortable, suitable for summer and year round living.

This modern and bright home is ideally located just outside of the Village of Sag Harbor with easy access to villages of the South Fork as well as the ocean and bay beaches. The backyard always gets the most compliments from my renters as it is private, quiet and very lush and green. The new outdoor couches and furniture along w the private outdoor shower right off the deck, near master bedroom added even more luxury and comfort to your stay!
