1 Plot / House
On the headland "Punta de l'Aliga" on a 1000m² plot only 150m from the sea, surrounded by olive and citrus trees (citrus trees are still small), our charming Casa Lucia.
Wall Surround in typical Catalan style with natural stones. Through the thick walls it is inside the house is not hot in the summer. In the neighborhood there are only chalets, not detached or skyscrapers. The House Access roads-roads here are neither straight nor paved.

The water is heated by solar energy. The memory is large enough that there is always plenty of hot water. On wintry days, it may happen that water must be electrically reheated.
The house is heated via thermal solar energy in the bathrooms (radiators and underfloor heating) and in the kitchen (floor).
In winter, the air is dehumidified by solar energy and slightly warmed.

6 Availability of public transport
From the highway exit L`Ametlla de Mar is approximately 6km to the chalet with a journey time of about 15 minutes.
To get to the house need a car or at least a motorcycle. There is no public transport on the headland "Punta de l'Aliga".
The highway is about 400m as the crow flies from the chalet. By the sloping terrain and the intervening olive groves you hardly get with something like this.
