It is located in a very quiet area but close enough to the small fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar.
Its location is ideal for tranquility and because it is very close to the beach of l'Estany Tort, a fine sand beach with a shower and a natural area such as the lagoon of l'Estany Tort.
A few meters passes the GR-92, an ideal route for lovers of hiking.
The house has a 8x4 single family pool, exclusive for the house.
You can use the barbecue to enjoy natural cuisine.
It is a land of olive trees and carob trees of about 6800 m2, where there will be no problem with regard to parking.

What a location!

You would want to rent this little cottage mostly for the great location (5 minutes walk from the beach) and outdoor seating area with nice little pool and awesome bbq. The cottage itself is quite basic, but you'll want to spend most of your time outdoors anyway. The cottage doesn't have any shutters, so it can get very warm in the summer. Sleeping with the windows open can be a challenge because of the AP7 highway nearby.

La ubicación y la casa están bastante bien, tienes la playa literalmente a 5 min caminando y la siguiente a 10, la casa tiene lo esencial que es perfecto. solo si diría algunas cosas que la nevera y los ventiladores tendría que cambiarse, y aunque está vallado se debería arreglar los huecos de la valla, ya que si vas con perros que puedan oler a los animales salvajes pueden escaparse. Que fue lo que pasó con el mío por uno de los huecos del vallado.Pero fuera de eso la hemos pasado genial

Hemos estado muy muy bien.Zona tranquila (es lo que buscábamos), a 3 minutos andando había una calita.La piscina muy bien y el porche de la casa de lujo (protegía del calor a la perfección).Hemos disfrutado de la barbacoa y por k noche el sonido del me era lo único que escuchábamos.Si tengo que ponerle un pero, sería que le falta aire acondicionado en la habitaciones. Pero con las ventanas abiertas se subsanaba bien.Muy recomendable.

Petite maison fonctionnelle dont le principal atout est d'être proche de la plage et pourvu d'une belle piscine. Les chambres sont petites. Sans climatisation, la chaleur était pénible.

maison suerbement placée géographiquement!!! calme , plages très peu fréquentées et village a 2 mn.

villa pas très grande mais qui compense par sa situation géographique!!! oliviers, pins.....et le bruit de la mer que l'on entend parfois.....propriètaires très réactifs pour la remise des clefs aller et retour§ si j'avais un petit bémol,....ce serait les milles pattes qui envahissent la maison et qui grimpent partout....

Bel endroit

Bonne prise en charge par la propriétaire, très bel endroit , un extérieur énorme plein de place et une jolie petite maison . Une piscine au top bien entretenue , quelques transats supplémentaire seraient les bien venus. Sinon très bien. A proximité du village (6 minute en voiture) et de super plages (3 minutes à pied pour la plus proche ) de sable et une autre un peu plus loin en gallets encore un peu " sauvage". Nous avons passé de super vacances nous y reviendront avec plaisir.

Maison propre rapport qualité prix correct. La piscine aurait méritée d’être mieux nettoyée et quelques transats supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de besoin.

Tranquil·litat absoluta a dos minuts de la platjs

Tot perfecte. Casa amb piscina a dos minuts d'una cala tranquil·la sense gaire gent. En cotxe a cinc minuts de nombroses cales. És cert que no hi ha aire condicionat però la veritat és que nosaltres no l'hem trobat a faltar en absolut. Ah!! I els dinars a la barbacoa són de categoria.
