El Escape Villa # 1 fue reconstruida en agosto 2015 una zona residencial muy tranquila exclusivo de cinco estrellas propiedad de lujo. El suroeste única frente Gulfzugang está a sólo minutos de tiendas, restaurante y Entretenimiento. Esta casa de ensueño tiene una absolutos superiores muebles, colchones de alta calidad, sofá de cuero con ajuste eléctrico del asiento, 70 "LED TV, Bluetooth, chimenea eléctrica, exclusivos muebles de patio de diseño tanto una cocina de diseño. La zona de la piscina con una orientación sur-oeste tiene una eléctrica (Propano Calefacción de gas) de la piscina también climatizada y spa, cubierta del barco, 50 "LED TV, toldo de, tumbonas, parrilla de gas, ducha al aire libre, 2 ventiladores y una bella vista sobre el lago.
La Villa Jade escpae 1 tiene internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, Sky Bundesliga en vivo, y la televisión alemana (76 canales viven con DVR) y un 400 canales internacionales adicionales, no hay nada comparable en el mercado lo que tenemos para ofrecer.

Amazing stay at waldemar’s rental,

We stayed for a week and right from check in to check out was easy and the house was exactly advertised. All tvs work great, internet was great. Pool and hot tub made it all that much better 5 stars

Very relaxing stay. Enjoyed pool, hot tub and the view to the canal. Very pristine. The house was very clean and groomed house in good location. Anytime again.

Great vacation

We had a great time at Waldemar's villa. From the first contact to our departure, everything went very smoothly. Waldemar took excellent care of us. The house is very clean and well equipped. There is everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the house to others.

Home: 5 stars - absolutely beautiful home with everything you need and then some! This is a well kept home with very nice upgrades. Very comfortable furniture and bed (the master suite is huge). The showers were great (water temperature and pressure is important to me). The outside living space was amazing. Pool/jacuzzi by the canal. So relaxing!! Owner: 5 stars!! Waldemar is so easy to work with. He also meets you at the property to ensure you know where things are and how they work (which in today’s world is a nice extra touch). I found him very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return as this was the nicest VRBO we have rented.

Best home away from home

Our small family and pup (Labrador) had the best time, the location was perfect, driving distance to everything you may need. The pool was perfect for us the outdoor spaces perfect for breakfast or dinner. We will be back.

Best vacation house ever!

Where do I begin! I've rented vacation home for the past 15 years and this has been, by far, the best experience. This absolutely immaculate home is located in a quiet residential neighbor within 5 mins of a variety of shops, restaurants, etc. Waldo was a great communicator, showing us how to operate various devices when we arrived, and was readily avail with questions if we needed assistance. Not a detail was overlooked on this house which included Smart TV with cable (hard to find cable these day), always heated pool, comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen. We have already rebooted for next year!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay over Christmas in this home. If you enjoy and appreciate a quiet neighborhood, a lovely and spacious home that was very clean and updated, this is the home for you. The lanai was beautiful and much time was spent there. Waldemar was a wonderful host, easy to contact, quick to respond and interesting to talk to.

More then we could have ever expected

My husband and I were very anxious to see our son who had a job move to Cape Coral. We booked a home with another agency. After driving for 3 days to Cape Coral the home we rented had many issues. We didn't know where we would stay. Our daughter saw that the Pelican was available and said it looked really nice. We were just so happy to get a rent this quickly. Little did we know it would be so wonderful. We were thrilled with this beautiful home.The property manager made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need. The~ Pelican~ is going to meet all your expectations. We give it 5 stars.

Great stay with kids

The house is beautiful and has lots of fun amenities: lots of flat screen TVs, pool with spa, next to canal for fishing and paddle boarding. We had a blast!

excellent experall around Waldemar was great!

We normally stay beach front on vacation but due to health reasons for myself and my mom wanted more private vacation and could not of asked for a better get-away. Great House! Everything you need for family time! Highly recommended!

A slice of Paradise!

First & foremost, you won't find a better caring Owner/Host, than Waldemar. He was so friendly, personable, caring, understanding & helpful person, who wants your experience at his Villa to be perfect. If it's not, he will be sure to take care of any of your needs during your stay, with a SMILE. Our stay couldn't have been any better. To start, Waldemar met us at the Villa when we arrived. He gave us a tour of his Villa, explaining what his rental has to offer and how to operate & take care of EVERYTHING. He did it quickly, & answered any questions we had. We found the home to be extremely clean, organized and comfortable. As well as the outside, including the pool and Lanai area, clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. Our family of 3, plus our small dog Winston, went for daily walks around the neighborhood. Even though the Villa is on a corner of a little bit busier road, it was NOT an issue at all for us. When in the house or out in the Lanai, we didn't hear road noise. All and all, our experience and time at this rental exceeded our expectations, and our standards are usually higher than normal! There are many great restaurants and stores close by too. Cape Coral is such a nice city. Thank you Waldemar for allowing us to stay at your beautiful Villa and the kind hospitality you gave us. If I could give this rental 10 Stars we would have. We are booking another stay there next year. Sincerely satisfied guests, Doug, Holly, Chelsea & Winston

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our girls trip to Cape Coral. The house had everything we needed and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to be. The house was clean and the pool was amazing!

Nice place - pool - jacuzzi and fishing or boat doc

We stayed in late March. The house is clean and very comfortable including heated pool, jacuzzi, lanai and boat slip. It is ~25 minutes to the beach but we knew this before the trip. Grocery stores and restaurants are ~10 minutes away. The home was clean and consistent with photographs. I’m not sure if I missed it on VRBO page, but the owner charges for electricity in addition to the fee you pay for the condo(I’ve never had that experience). Overall it is an excellent place if you’re okay being 25 minutes from the beach. It is in a Suburban neighborhood. We would return. They also had fishing supplies and beach gear.

Great winter retreat for family working and going to school remotely!

Beautiful house, with perfect lanai and pool for outdoor living. A suburban neighborhood, near shops and all conveniences. Only downside is that Cape Coral really doesn't have beach access, so it was a bit of a drive to Sanibel.

Where did time go?

This house was the epitome of relaxation. It was also spotless. Very up to date with furnishings and amenities. Waldemar was helpful and friendly to us. I would stay at this house over and over. Only two downsides which really couldn't be helped. The outside tv broke near the end of our stay. Waldemar addressed the issue promptly, even though a new tv couldn't be installed before we left. Second, fishing was an important factor to my sons, and there was pretty much no fish to be had in the canal. It didn't damper our stay, however. We enjoyed opening all the doors, eating outside, staring at the beautiful view, enjoying the stereo system and fireplace, etc. It was the perfect relaxing getaway.

December Stay

We came down from the chilly north to get some warm Florida sunshine. The only mission was to enjoy the pool and take in the surrounding beaches. Waldemar is a professional and manages his property first class. The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Well stocked with all essentials. Things like plates, silverware, cooking accessories, towels and linens were ample and organized. Waldemar met us upon check in and showed us around the home. He made sure we understood how to operate the TV’s, Appliances and Pool/Spa. We went over the schedule of the house and what to expect. For example garbage day and pool/lawn maintenance times. Waldemar ensured we could access the WIFI and told us to call him if we needed anything. We communicated a couple of times over the phone during our month long stay. Waldemar was always accessible. The Internet and WiFi was great. We had no issue taking work meetings over Zoom/Teams while our 2 children e-learned remotely. The only downside would be the location is car dependent. That did not matter to us. Otherwise the area was quiet and peaceful. With grocery and plenty of restaurants within a couple of minutes drive. Overall we had a great month and Waldemar was an excellent host.

Even better than pictured, quiet and more privacy than expected!

There is a reason that this property has 5 stars. We had a splendid stay and greatly enjoyed the quiet location despite the fact that we were only a few minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. The privacy was so much better than expected, too. The TVs were HUGE and the leather couch was so comfortable that we found our self there the few times we weren't relaxing in the hot tub. The bathrooms were beautiful with the Jacuzzi tub and frameless roll-in showers. The abundance of tile and granite gave us a better feeling of cleanliness and Waldemar was super accommodating. We were last minute reservations who were a bit unorthodox in our arrival and departure times due to the length of our drive from NC. Because of this some of the places we contacted were not interested or were down right rude! But we were very thankful that those "competitors" were rude and uninterested in renting to us, because we would have never found Waldemar and this little gem! I am hooked on this house and will no longer be staying in hotels when I make my business trips to the Ft Myers area! We are also planning on bringing our family down since our cruises are getting cancelled. You can't go wrong with this house and Waldemar!
