Relax and make new memories in this cozy pool home that sleeps 7 people comfortably. Tastefully decorated with upgraded kitchen and baths. Step out into the newly furnished covered lanai and enjoy a drink, meal, read a book or swim in the heated pool & spa. Prepare your favorite meals inside the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor BBQ. Home was excellent and has everything you need for your stay. Location for boating was perfect. Drive to restaurants, stores etc very close by. Pool and spa were wonderful after a day of boating.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! The house was incredible, clean and spacious—-we had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering together. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation home—-it was perfect for us with our long drive from Texas.

Spring Break Bliss!!

Best stay ever. The home is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The outdoor pool area is a vacationers dream!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the full experience that Florida offers!

Awesome property in Cape Coral. Quick access to river in a relaxing upscale neighborhood. Hosts are very kind and attentive. House is just as listedbeautiful backyard and pool. I had a great stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent Property and Location

I cannot say enough about how easy and accommodating the property and the owners are. Everything you could possibly want (or forgot) is already there if you need it. We also had our grandchildren visit for a couple days and the owners thought of everything…high chair, pack and play, toys, pool toys, extra diapers, and best of all an alarm on the door leading out to the pool!Go ahead and book if you’re thinking about it.

Trip to Ft Myers for baseball!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this home. It was very clean, and accomodating! It's so close to the water, has a beautiful pool and hot tub. So many nice places to eat nearby! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home for rental. We loved it!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Beautiful Home! Fabulous Location within walking and biking distance of a handful of restaurants and bars and all that Cape Coral Parkway has to offer! Beautiful and Sparkling Clean pool area with warm water and beautiful lights in the evening! This was the most well stocked rental we have stayed in!If you are interested in renting a boat this property is in such a great location for cruising beautiful channels and a quick ride to Sanibel Beach!The kayaks were great for exploring the area!Owner had great communication and we will definitely be returning to this property!

Everything was great, the house is beautiful. Looks to be fully remodeled. The pool and spa are awesome! The listing didn’t say anything about the boat lift being down but that was a very minor inconvenience.

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. We came in by boat, so the dock space was critical. House is on a deep canal. Less than a mile to restaurants and grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen. Good value overall

Absolutely Fantastic

It was so warm and inviting and easy to feel at home. Meticulously clean, tastefully decorated and offered everything you need. We flew in so didn't have any staples to get started; and we didn't need them. They had everything there to start. Would definitely book again.

Love all the amenities for water sports-kayaks, beach gear, bikes. Pool and water view is great. Only issue was the temperatures of the hot tub and pool. Owner was very responsive but pool got too hot. Not a huge issue though. House and amenities as described in listing and fully stocked kitchen.

A Happy Thanksgiving

This property is gorgeous. From the expoy floors to the granite countertops. Everything is very well thought out. They have Everything you need to enjoy your stay. They leave a basket with snacks and drinks in the fridge. There are new toiletries in case you have forgotten any thing. The house has a beautiful pool and hot tub. There are kayaks and bikes. We will stay again. The host us very responsive. We had a great holiday.

Great location. Everything you need.

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our April stay. The house has everything you need and the welcome basket was above and beyond what we expected. House: Clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. There are plenty of bedding and towels. You'll find everything you need for a beach day including beach towels, chairs and a cooler. We rented a 26' boat which we were easily able to keep along the long dock area next to the lift. We used the pool in the afternoons and appreciated the opportunity to turn the heat on for one of the days. Area: This house is in a great location. In the mornings, we could walk or ride bikes to The Boathouse restaurant (about 1.8 miles). We also enjoyed a quick trip by boat to the Boathouse restaurant as well as scenic drives to Sanibel and St. James City. Area: The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but you are two minutes from the main Cape Coral parkway with several restaurants. Host: Emilio was very responsive, typically responding within the hour.We love this part of Florida and look forward to our next visit.
