TOP FLOOR CONDO AT SEA DIP BEACH RESORT, JUST ONE HOUR FROM DISNEY!!!

This was exactly what I was looking for, a view from our balcony without having to take out a loan to stay there. The condo was on a corner so you actually had to step out on the balcony to see the ocean, but it was a fantastic view. I was able to walk to the pier and enjoy the shops along the way. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. There was construction going on but we saw that up and down the street with businesses still trying to recover from the hurricane. This did not affect the room itself. The room was clean and comfortable for the two of us.

The one thing I would suggest is a sound proof door to help with the street noise which could be a bit bothersome at times.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for a nice couples getaway on the beach with fantastic views.

All in all very happy for time spent . Thank you. Issues with tv was handled very well by maintance man.

I'll start with the positives. We loved the balcony and the way it was positioned, great view! The appliances we're newer and nice, the kitchen well stocked. The negatives are that the room was very small and had a musty odor that we could not get rid of, bought febreeze and it helped a little, but smell returned after a while. The couch was horribly uncomfortable and stunk. We took a clean blanket from the cabinet and threw over it to sit on. The one day we needed the air conditioner, that too smelled mildewy and we couldn't stand to have it on. Looked really disgusting and filthy, probably needed a good cleaning and new filter. One more positive is the location of the pool allows it to get the sun all day, no shading from the building.

The owner was very fast in responding. The staff at front desk was always nice and helpful. The room had updated appliances and was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room had plenty of towels and extra bedding. Will definitely stay again!
