Its ideal location will allow you to move around on foot or by bike in Les Sables d'Olonne, close to all city amenities (city centre, train station, main beach, casino). On the ground floor of the residence, you can safely leave your bikes in the dedicated storage room.

Apartment includes a living room equipped with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV and WiFi as well as a dining table with six chairs.
An independent and functional fully equipped kitchen: electric hob with oven and small dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker (Krups)...
