The apartment is easily accessible on the ground floor of house No. 8 directly on the south beach of the island of Fehmarn. Through the exit of the house you can directly access the beach.

The apartment is well equipped for three to four people. It has a cozy living room with a large double bed, a separate bedroom for one or two people, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright shower room. Laminate flooring is laid in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen, bathroom and entrance area are brightly tiled.

Wir Ehepaar waren mit dieser Wohnung am Südstrand zufrieden. Ausnahme die Couch war durch gesessen. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden und in gutem Zustand.

Gute Lage!

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage am Südstrand, zum Strand läuft man 2 min. Zudem ist der nächste Spielplatz auch direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt auf Fehmarn, bei bestem Wetter, sehr genossen. ☀️⚓️

Mittelmäßige Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Vorweg...Fehmarn ist definitiv einen Urlaub wert. Vorallem mit Kindern. Traumhaft schöne Strände, mit Burg eine urige Altstadt und viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst war von den Räumlichkeiten absolut ok für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Die Sauberkeit hat leider sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck. Im Badezimmer und in der Küche lockere Steckdosen. Der Badezimmerlüfter war total verdreckt. Die Toilettenbürste jeneits von Gut und Böse. Ausgelaufene Batterien im Küchenschrank. Unter dem Bett alte Socken vom Vormieter und jede Menge Staub und Dreck. Balkonboden mit Unkraut übersät. Da waren wir wirklich sehr enttäuscht und werden das auch der Vermieterin mitteilen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnblock. Vom Balkon aus schaut man auf die vorderen Häuser. Das Meer kann man nicht sehen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein mega toller Spielplatz für die Kinder. Der Strand ist auch wunderschön. Morgens kann man fußläufig frische Brötchen holen. Und auch diverse Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Zur Galileo Wissenswelt fährt man ca. 10 min. Ins Fehmare ca. 2-3 min. In Burg kann man wunderbar bummeln gehen. Fazit...Fehmarn jederzeit wieder. Die Wohnung empfehle ich nicht weiter.

Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles Wichtige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen

Schöne Lage am Südstrand

Ein schönes Appartement am Südstrand gelegen. Südlage machte selbst im Oktober den Balkon nutzbar. Die Nähe zum Strand und Yachthafen auf der anderen Seite luden zu vielen abwechslungsreichen Spaziergängen ein. Geschäfte und Restaurants ware gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut zu Entschleunigen für 1 Woche :-)

Rundum perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Genug Stauraum in den Schränken, was wirklich selten ist in Ferienwohnungen (finden wir). Trotz das es ein großes Haus ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin, als auch zu der Agentur war reibungslos- schnell, unkomliziert, freundlich. Wenn wir nicht eigentlich unseren Stammhof auf dieser wundervollen Insel bereits hätten, wäre dies unsere neue (Stamm-) Adresse!

Sehr schöne Fewo

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht Was vielleicht im Sommer noch gut wäre, wäre ein Eisfach für ein kühles Eis zwischendurch. Fehmarn ist unsere 2.Heimat und wir waren noch nie so zufrieden wie diesmal. Wir werden wieder kommen. Die Lage zum Strand perfekt. So wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Vielen Dank für den Tipp mit dem Parkplatz.

Hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 70er Jahre Betonklotz mit vielen Parteien. Von diesen Betonklötzen gibt es am Südstrand jede Menge. Leider hat es in der Wohnung aus der Badlüftung nach Kloake gestunken, das liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass Bad innenliegend ohne Fenster und das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Eigentlich schaden, denn die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und das WLAN hat auch funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können (dicker Staub unter dem Bett). Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist und haben den Kloakengeruch auch an den Verwalter gemeldet. Wir werden diese Wohnung und auch diesen Teil der Insel nicht wieder besuchen.

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen

Zum erstenmal auf Fehmarn, tolle Insel mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Wir waren zu dritt , dafür ist die Wohnung perfekt. Alles was man braucht ist da. Top. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 1A,. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Danke.

Kurzurlaub über Ostern

Gemütliche, saubere Ferienwohnung mit Allem, was das Herz begehrt. Der schöne, breite Südstrand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, ebenso das Cafe Sorgenfrei und das kleine, aber feine Cafe Kussmann an der Promande (hier bekommt man im Gegensatz zum Sorgenfrei auch kleine deftige Speisen). Die Betreuung und Informationen durch die Vermieter ist perfekt ! Meine Eltern haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Wesentliche, was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt und war für uns (Eltern und zwei Kinder 3+13 Jahre alt) optimal. Wir würden diese Wohnung empfehlen für zwei Erwachsene plus zwei Kinder, sofern die Kinder zusammen in einem Bett schlafen können/wollen, für ein zusätzliches kleines Kind im Elternbett wäre ebenfalls Platz, die zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit in Form eines Kinderstuhls ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. (Da in beiden Räumen jeweils zwei "Doppelbetten" vorhanden sind, wäre natürlich auch Platz für vier Erwachsene) Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und ordentlich, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwanfrei, die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort klappte problemlos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, die Nähe zu dem wirklich schönen und sauberen Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der zugehörige Stellplatz für das Auto war sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gern wieder!
