- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed, secure and private garden of 3,000 m², large wood of hackberry trees entirely shaded along the Massane. At your disposal: garden table, outdoor chairs and sun loungers, children's games box and playground equipment.

The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. The property's hackberry woodland creates an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. All the essential shops are just a 5-minute walk away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
