About this property

Beautiful, single home on a wide canal with boat slip and large pier.

Relax with your family and friends in our beautiful, clean, well-appointed, family vacation home in north Ocean City. The property is ideally located on a dead-end street making it very enjoyable with less traffic and noise. Enjoy your favorite drink, watching the sunset, on the expansive waterfront deck while relaxing on the gliding Adirondack chairs as you watch the boats go by. Fish, crab and kayak off the large back pier. Guests may also bring their boat and utilize the boat slip. The boat slip can hold a boat up to 35ft in length and 9ft 8 inches in width. The 2nd floor bonus room is a fun separate area for family members or kids to hang out, watch TV, play board games, card games or build a Lego's creation. There is also a foosball table along with an arcade cocktail table that has several different 80s themed video games including Pac Man, Space Invaders, Frogger and Donkey Kong. The house sleeps 8 MAX. There are 3 Full bathrooms, each with double sinks and a shower. There are no bathtubs. There is an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water). The outdoor shower is only on during the summer season. There is WIFI throughout the house, 2 kayaks, and a stand-up paddle board for guests use along with a medley of life vests. There are 4 beach chairs and a couple boogie boards for use. We are conveniently located near North Side Park which is Ocean City’s largest and most popular park. This 58-acre park has softball/baseball fields, a soccer field, a multipurpose field, a playground, picnic area, two piers, over 1 mile of walking/jogging paths and an outdoor exercise area. Over the summer North side park also has "Music in the Park" every Sunday, followed by fireworks. The fireworks can also be seen right off our back deck!
We built this home as our family's true "Home Away from Home" and you will notice that as soon as you walk in the door. If you are looking for the perfect, relaxing, comfortable, stress free get a way, this is it!
Adults must be 30 years of age or older to rent.
This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING property. This house is NOT for parties. Only those on the rental agreement are allowed on the property. No Pets. There are outdoor security cameras.

Amazing place!

We loved everything about this house! Beautifully decorated, clean, the amenities were fantastic, the host clearly pays attention to detail and she was very communicative. The sunsets on the back deck were incredible.

Beautiful home on the bay

Elegant beach home, spent endless hours enjoying the deck and amenities the homeowners provided (crab traps, kayaks, paddle boards, and more). 15 minute walk to the beach or 5 minutes on your bike. Easy beach block parking if you want to drive the beach too.

BEST rental in OC!

I cannot say enough great things about this home. I have been coming to Ocean City for over 35 years and it is by far the nicest place I have stayed. It is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and the views are top-notch. Jennifer is so responsive and easy to connect with, too. Our family will certainly be going back on an annual basis.

2022 Family Vacation

The property is absolutely stunning! My family enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean & great location (mins away from entertainment but quiet residential area). The house was also very spacious and fit my group of 8 very comfortably. The bonus room is also a true bonus for the kiddos! Host exceeded expectations! I can't say enough good things....will definitely be back!!!!!!

Just a dream location

This was even better than I had hoped for. The home is immaculate and everything felt brand new. Wonderful location and having the dock and the best deck in the area was so much fun. This made our daughter's 30th birthday extra special. Thank you Jen for everything!

Immaculate House on the Water

Immaculate house on a wide canal with private dock. House is in a very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets from the large outdoor deck. New furniture throughout the house. Kitchen is very well equipped with all you need for your stay. Kayaks were a nice bonus, but be aware no life jackets are supplied. Game room for rainy days with fooz ball. Our stay was too short and we would definitely rent this house again. Owner was responsive and available for questions during our stay.

The BEST place we've ever stayed in OC!

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing beach home for the second time, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is something special. The home itself is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The open-concept living area offers stunning bay views, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. The decor is both elegant and inviting, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The kitchen allows for plenty of space for preparing meals before and after a day spent on the beach. We loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living, with a spacious deck that’s ideal for enjoying meals or simply soaking up the sun. The private dock access is a real highlight, allowing us to enjoy all the water sports from paddle boarding to kayaking, fishing and more! The bedrooms are comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of storage. The property is also conveniently located near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore all that OC has to offer. Overall, this beach home exceeded all our expectations. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention went into making this a top-notch getaway. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be re-booking!

Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and new! Beautiful decorated. Nice quite neighborhood on the bay. About 20 min drive from ocean city boardwalk. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Kids had fun crabbing right of the back deck! Home is equipped with all the essentials. Host was very responsive. This was perfect for our family vacation. Best of both worlds being on the bay and near the beach. Will definitely return next year!
