This condo features a south facing balcony overlooking the incredible outdoor pool deck with excellent views of the ocean and even a peek of the bay. Comfortably sized, there is a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen - TV's in every room and complimentary Wifi for your entertainment anytime including those occasional rainy days. Braemar Towers amenities including elevators for easy access, plus a centrally located outdoor pool with sundeck with ocean views, fitness room, game room and tennis courts. You are a beach bus or car ride away from the famous Ocean City boardwalk to the south and just minutes from the Fenwick Island attractions and Northside Park. Great restaurants and activities are close by including laser tag, mini golf. Crab Bag, Harpoon Hanna's and Bourbon Street on the Beach, to name a few. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom has one queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds.
Guests will need to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday.

This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
