Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned apartment in Toulouse can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and double bed (140×190)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), overlooks the courtyard for your peace and quiet
- Bathroom with double shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron board.
Exterior:
- A 5 m² balcony located inside a courtyard (not exposed to the sun).
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of downtown Toulouse, on the banks of the Garonne, next to the Port de la Daurade. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park in the public parking spaces close to the apartment (paid parking).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Metro: Line A - Esquirol or Capitole stop; Line B - Carmes or Compans stop
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau 3.5 km away (approx. 10 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac 8 km (about 15 mn by car)

- The flat has double-glazed windows.
