The Cocoonr agency offers a cosy flat for rent in the historic centre of Toulouse, located on the 2nd floor (with lift). It can accommodate up to 2 guests and is just a stone's throw from Place du Capitole. This air-conditioned accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom (please note the ceiling height, we cannot stand up in it!) and a bathroom (with shower) and toilet. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a lounge area and a dining area
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, etc.
- Mezzanine bedroom: 140x190 double bed
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Transport:

- Metro line A (Capitole station) 3 minutes' walk away, as well as buses and Vélo Toulouse stations.
- Nearest station: Toulouse Matabiau station (via metro line A)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport 20 minutes away by car or airport shuttle

Other comments:
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the bed made up on your arrival.

So Sweet Capitole The apartment was nice but I wish I had known ahead of time that the elevator was broken. My bags were very heavy and I was counting on the elevator to help me get them up there. Also, the shower head was broken and I couldn't get it to hold on the stand, so I had to hold it in my hands when taking a shower, which isn't practical. The rest of the unit was quite nice and was exactly like the description said. The unit was really pretty overall! The location is really good too. Very central and easy to access.

So Sweet Capitole Great apartment - perfect for an extended stay so I could cook as well as being close to many good restaurants for when I wanted to go out. Close to city centre and the metro so easy to explore the city either on foot or by public transport. Place was immaculately clean when I arrived and I had everything I needed. Only slight criticism is that there was no chopping board which made it a little difficult when cooking. But when I raised this they immediately offered that I could go & collect one from the agency. I hope they will have one there as part of all the amenities from now on. Communication was excellent & I would thoroughly recommend this place.

So Sweet Capitole This was a cute and wonderfully located apartment. The best part about it is it had great AC which came in handy during the hot summer months. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but it wasn’t the most well-stocked place. They provided only two rolls of toilet paper and both rolls appeared to be half gone. Also, we tried to use an extra comforter we found in the storage but it was very stained. However, the upside was that the host was very responsive. Even though they didn’t provide us with any extra toilet paper, they did deliver us some dishwashing pods and a new shower gel since our shower gel pump was broken. Despite the minor inconveniences, you really can’t beat the location!

Les hôtes ont été très arrangeants concernant notre date d'arrivée en train et nous ont remis les clés comme prévu. Bien que l'appartement soit petit, il est parfaitement équipé et tout est très pratique.

So Sweet Capitole "Joli petit appartement au cœur de Toulouse historique. En plein centre et pourtant au calme. L’appartement est bien équipé globalement. Seul bémol, la literie. Un pseudo sommier à même le sol et un lit mal fait (comme en portefeuille, ça rappelle des souvenirs d’internat ??). Sinon l’appart est joliment décoré, agréable et hyper bien situé. Merciii"

So Sweet Capitole "This place had great reviews, so I was looking forward to it. Upon arrival, they said the lift was broken which was not stated before I arrived. When I settled in, I noticed stains all over the sofa along with the area around the bed (mattress is on the floor so your close to the ground) being very very dusty. There was also a broken electrical socket with all the wires hanging out by my head. The shower door, seal and handle were broken so the water leaked all over the floor. When I tried to contact the company, they ignored all my messages and I still don't have a response for them."

So Sweet Capitole Het verblijf bij So Sweet Capitole was een super fijne ervaring. Alles in Toulouse op loop afstand te doen en het appartement was goed schoon. Er lag hier en daar nog wel wat van de waarschijnlijk vorige gasten (zoals het afval van een blarenpleister). Verder was de douchecabine deur gammel en toe aan een opknap beurt. Buiten dat een erg fijn verblijf waar ik zeker terug zal komen!

So Sweet Capitole Logement très bien situé à 2 pas de la place du capitole, très pratique. La climatisation est très appréciable. Cependant quelques travaux de finitions seraient appréciables (poignée salle de bain, meuble cuisine) ainsi que d’avoir la possibilité d’avoir 2 jeux de clés (la porte d’entrée ne se claque pas).

I would suggest if sharing the unit to request to make up the second bed before hand, as this was not done for us. Also if quite tall would sleep lower level as the upper bedroom is not suitable for a tall person."
