Au Picatal Gite La Métairie
A stone's throw from the Dordogne river, the caves of Lacave and Rocamadour, large gite, fitted out and decorated with taste. The private swimming pool (9.75X3.80mX1.50m), secured, offers a breathtaking view of the cliffs. The gîte is adjoining the owners' guest house. On the ground floor, living room/dining room/equipped kitchen, a bedroom with outside access (1 bed 1.60m), shower room + wc, separate wc + washbasin, storeroom (LL, dryer). Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 beds 1.60m, 4 beds 0.90m) including one with private shower room+wc and one with private bathroom+wc, a shower room, a separate toilet. Poss. 2 extra beds (folding beds). Parking, wooded garden, stone-built courtyard terrace. Radiant electric heating and wood stove, wifi. The price includes household linen, bathroom linen and beds made on arrival.
