The Gite du Lavoir Mercadiol is a house entirely renovated with top-of-the-range materials and equipment, in the heart of a medieval village classified as one of the most Beautiful Villages in France! Close to Figeac where you will appreciate the lake, the wave pool and the hypermarkets, you will also appreciate the proximity of small shops and services 100m away. Quiet and not overlooked, we like this house with bright rooms and very good comfort, pleasant all year round thanks to its reversible air conditioning and its wood stove, we also like that the sheets and towels are included in the price ... and we love the welcome that Michel and Marinette give to all their guests! The little extras : the ground floor of this house is accessible to people with reduced mobility, a playground for children just in front of the gite !Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' house, not overlooked. Entrance hall with washing machine and dryer, kitchen area with built-in units and dining room (direct access to the terrace), a room designed as a bedroom-living room equipped with a high quality and very comfortable sofa bed with a 160cm mattress, flat screen TV, this room has direct access to a shower room + wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a shower room + wc, one with a 160 bed, the other with two 90 beds that can be joined together to make a 180. Electric floor heating, reversible air conditioning, wood stove. Terrace with garden furniture, plancha, parasol, unfenced ground.
