Recent country house built in 2002 and fully renovated in 2011, located 1 km from the village of Thégra in the regional natural park of the Causses du Quercy, a stone's throw from the famous city of Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and close to many exceptional tourist sites. You will be able to relax and enjoy the pleasant interior and exterior fittings of the gîte, notably the swimming pool and its summer kitchen, ideal for barbecues, as well as the vast enclosed grounds of 1500m². Calm assured! Gîte of 150m² on one level, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen area opening onto a large lounge/dining room. 4 bedrooms: the Violette bedroom (1 double bed in 160) with a shower room and a private WC, the Children's bedroom (2 single beds in 80, to be joined together to make a bed in 160), the Orange bedroom (2 single beds in 80, to be joined together to make a bed in 160) and the Beige bedroom (1 double bed in 160). A second shower room and an independent WC. Large basement with possibility to bring in cars, and to have fun with table tennis. Fuel heating, underfloor heating. Chair and cot on request. Around the enclosed swimming pool (9m x 3.50m x 1.60m deep), a covered kitchen with brick barbecue, perfect for summer evenings! Plus ? A large fenced garden, terrace, private parking and garage.
