- room with double bed 140 with access to the terrace
- a cabin with a single bed 90 and storage,
- bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet

Charges not included: Tourist tax / electricity during heating period
Optional services to be paid for on-site:
* Sale of disposable linen kit from 12 € per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
* Rental of towels at the price of 6 € per person (1 large and 1 small).

Egalement appelé CAP LAZARET, cet ensemble de résidences a pour horizon, au-delà de la méditerranée, les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées avec son point le plus élevé le Canigou. Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
