The location is great, and the kitchen facility is nice equipped. However, the bathroom lacks the ventilation.

Really good location but a couple of the bedrooms left a lot to be desired, especially in the basement - mattress on pallets and a strong smell of damp. However, very well equipped, clean and a great base for good walks, the beach and gardens around Granville.

Nous recommandons ce logement. Il est idéalement placé et Granville est une ville très agréable. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. 2 chambres à l'étage et une chambre au sous sol avec une douche. La propriétaire est réactive et très aimable.
