This is in the heart of PCB restaurants beach shopping fun its all within walking distance.View of the beach and strip is great!!! My 2 kids and myself stayed in this condo with plenty of room

Amazing!!

Views are incredible! Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was warm! Short walk to the most beautiful beaches! Great restaurants and within walking distance of pier park for shopping. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous!

The only thing I can say about this listing is fabulous! From the view, to the room, the amenities, location and the host all fabulous! Only had two slight problems but neither were the fault of the host and neither effected my stay so no worries!! Definitely look forward to staying here again!

AMAZING

Theresa was great, she responding very quickly when i had a question and sent a detailed email about everything wede need to know. We were able to go straight to our room with the password for the keypad to get in sk no front desk hassle. Location was great just a short walk from everhtbing and the beach was right across the street. The plave was spotless and there were even snacks waiting for us when we got there. Will definitely be booking here next time were in PCB

Could use some TLC

GOOD: Easy Check-In & Check-Out Process, Parking/Elevators/Unloading chaotic - Took about 20 min (and 3 different elevator locations) to get to our room – issue with building more than the room, great view of Beach/Ocea, Large Patio (need new door mat – it was nasty) – no light on the patio, bed was comfortable & room temp was great, plenty of dishes for cooking – including a Keurig & Toaster - Iron/ironing board provided BAD: Only provided two towels per person for entire stay – had to use two for the bathroom floor, Floor towel was folded on bathroom counter & not discovered until check-out (maybe hang on the bathtub instead), only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay – contacted Owners within 24 hours & told we were provided the “industry standards” for linens and amenities – we ran out by day 3, Laundry Facility on 1st floor - but no time on vacation, only provided two kitchen towels for drying – we used one glass/plate but had cups from local restaurants to clean. Had to use a dirty bath towel to dry them as the kitchen towels were too wet from using the entire time, NO HANGERS PROVIDED, Bathtub and bathroom sink did not drain well so be prepared to have a tub full of water while showering and a sink full of water while brushing your teeth. If staying here, be prepared with your own towels, plenty of toilet paper & your own hangers - since you’ll only get the “industry standards” & it’ll take 20-40 min to get to/from the local Wal*Mart. Enjoy PCB!

Perfect for my needs

I was in PCB to watch my son run in his first Ironman race and this property was perfect - price, location, size, and cleanliness. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The only thing I would recommend is the Origin maintenance people for building itself needs to clean the entry hallway to the elevators from the park garage. Not a good first impression. But that’s not on this owner. The elevators, main entry are nice and clean. Just if you are walking up to go to your condo for the first time and you enter from the parking garage, the elevator hallways are gross!
