Así es, ¡desarrolla esas mejillas arenosas poniéndolas en la playa! No puedes acercarte más sin mojarte.

Disfruta de tu hogar lejos del hogar en esta unidad de baño recientemente renovada de 1 habitación y 1 en el piso 12, que está justo en el centro, no demasiado alta ni demasiado baja. El sol y el surf se ven desde la gran cocina, la amplia sala de estar y, por supuesto, desde su balcón privado. Desafortunadamente, también es nuestro hogar, por lo que no puedes quedarte para siempre, aunque es posible que quieras hacerlo.

Hemos hecho alquileres de vacaciones y tiempos compartidos durante muchos años y sabemos los dolores de cabeza que crean algunos lugares. Permítanos hospedarlo y hacer que su estadía sea cómoda y sin problemas. Toallas, tienes que tener toallas geniales y eso lo sabemos. Las camas tienen que ser cómodas y almohadas para morirse. Estás de vacaciones y la relajación es imprescindible. Incluso el sofá-cama desplegable es un colchón de espuma de memoria que lo acunará con comodidad.

Nuestra cocina es realmente funcional y con las herramientas que necesita si decide quedarse y agudizar sus habilidades gourmet. Algunas de las cosas que muchos lugares omiten, como una lavadora y una secadora, están en la unidad para su uso. También tenemos las gafas que necesita para esas bebidas con sombrilla que completan una escapada relajante.

Majestic Beach Resort tiene una ubicación céntrica y está lleno de comodidades. Con 5 piscinas, bares, restaurante, tienda, Starbucks, sala de cine con asientos en el estadio, canchas de tenis, gimnasio, sala de juegos, spa, ... Bueno, ya entendiste la idea. Ni siquiera tiene que salir de la propiedad para completar sus vacaciones.

En caso de que decida vagar, eche un vistazo a las innumerables inmersiones, uniones, bares, chabolas y aquellos lugares de mega-franquicia con los que también esté familiarizado. Hay toneladas de cosas que hacer en el agua, en el agua, probablemente incluso debajo del agua, pero eso depende de usted.

Perfect!

Exceeded our expectations! The owners provided everything you could need for your stay and more! Beach items, games, stocked kitchen, starter items. The condo was very well cleaned and the beds were comfortable! Excellent communication with the friendly owners! Will definitely book this condo in the future!

Family Summer Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cheeks! It has amazing views and good location! We went over Memorial Day weekend so it was busy both on the beach and in the condo so we had a few long waits at the elevators because it was so busy but nothing too crazy! The condo itself is just as pictured. They have almost everything you would have at home which makes for an easy trip. Love that there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Traveling with two children that’s a must for our family. Communication with the host was easy, quick and always pleasant, we would definitely stay again!

Home Away From Home

My husband and I stayed at Sandy Cheeks for a week in July. The property was beautiful, offering multiple pools, beach chair service and a small bar/grill on site. Carlos and Lore’s condo is everything you could want in a vacation rental. The unit came with all the comforts of home from soft sheets to plush bath towels, plenty of kitchen gadgets if you choose to cook and an outstanding view. The balcony overlooking the beach offered a small table and chairs as well as 2 zero gravity loungers. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of this unit and the complex. Carlos and Lore thought of just about everything you would need to enjoy their Home Away From Home!

The best little getaway!

The checkin process was absolutely seamless and hassle free! I was worried about the parking deck and the walk being long, but it wasn’t at all. The only times we had an extended wait on elevators was during high busy times (morning time when everyone was going to the beach and dinner time when everyone was trying to come in or going out to eat). This unit is literally right off the elevator (it’s separated from the “traffic” by a wall, don’t worry!), which was super convenient for small kids. You can hear the elevator running at night but it honestly just sounds like wind going through a tunnel so it isn’t bothersome. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Great little place and location.

Great little place and location. Clean and comfortable inside and had all the touches of home one needs while traveling. Not that you are there for television entertainment but the remotes (although a guide was provided) were insane, 4 in the living room for one television and 2 in the bedroom. The major disappointment was the balcony. Carlos stated that it was scheduled to be painted but the weather postponed this. Given that, the Adirondack chairs were unsteady and dirty. The other two chairs and table were rusty and dirty. At the least, the balcony should have been clean with safe and functioning seating. After all, the balcony and the view is the money shot. With that, even with spring break, this unit is a bit overpriced.

Amazing in Every Way

Not only was this property just as described in the listing, but also the host was so quick and pleasant with communication. We loved the balcony, beach walks, walkable area, swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), stocked kitchen, bath tub, and game room (and pickleball!). My son stayed on the sofa bed and I took the bedroom. It was perfect to come back to after baseball games throughout the week. The condo is conveniently located by elevators. Yes, during peak times they took awhile to get there, but once you get on they are pretty fast. We took the stairs several times when we weren’t carrying anything. The noise of the elevator bothered me the first night, but there is a box fan in the bedroom that I used to drown out the outside noises and it worked like a charm the rest of the week. We absolutely loved our time in PCB and enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Super vista

Es un lugar bonito y acogedor, limpio con una vista muy bonita al mar. Dentro del cuarto cuando vuelves cansado del mar y de las distracciones de afuera hay libros, revistas, juegos de mesa y lo ultimo en la Tv. Me gusto y lo recomiendo.

Our first family vacation to the beach!!

Carlos and Lore did not miss any details when it comes to this beautiful condo with an amazing view from the balcony! Very welcoming and relaxing! Location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! We will definitely be visiting again! Only complaint- the elevators are SO slow! But, who cares when you are in paradise!

Great Stay at Sandy Cheeks

We had a great time at Sandy Cheeks. Everything was clean, check in/out was seamless, and Carlos was great to ensure we had everything we needed the whole time. There were beach toys for the kiddos provided, which was a big plus and we were overall very satisfied with our stay in 1214. We would gladly stay there again.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very clean when we arrived & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We stayed the week of July 4th so it was crowded at the beach & pools but the condo itself was nice to stay in to get a break from the crowds. I was very impressed with the communication we got from the owners before, during & after our stay.

Hidden gem on the beach!

Carlos and Lore are great hosts and thought of everything you would possibly need to make your stay truly wonderful. 12th floor, conveniently located close to the elevator. Full kitchen, clean linens, spotless furniture, an unobstructed view of the ocean. Cannot as for more. Just superb! My new favorite spot in PCB.

We are the owners, Carlos & Lore, not some impersonal corporation or property management company. We are managing Sandy Cheeks ourselves and we hope you will appreciate the personal touches you will find here.

Natives of Texas, we moved to the Nashville area 10 years ago. We found that the nearest real beach to us was Panama City Beach. We visited and liked it so much, we purchased a time share there. Fast forward a few years and we dumped the time share and purchased our own condo at this amazing resort.

We come from a large family and we are used to hosting out of town family and friends. We figured this would be a great way to meet new people and share our love for hospitality. We have 5 children but no grand children, yet.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view Sandy Cheeks is amazing! Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in is mesmerizing. What a way to relax. The sunsets are unbelievable. The first night we were here, I took a picture of the sky just as the sun was disappearing and color of the sky was breathtaking. You can see that pictured framed and hanging in the kitchen when you come visit.
