This house has a private pool, poll enclosure, Kitchen fully loaded with all your needs, 3 bedrooms plus dan, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage, big open living room, 10-15 min from Ft Mayers, a lot of activities for you and your family. If you would like to have a heated pool - please submit your request to us prior 24 hours, but it will be additional cost of $40/day or $200/week

Will not go again

The house was ok very clean kitchen wasn’t very well stock there were on 4 knives in the kitchen had to go out and buy som from Walmart. It’s also in the middle of no where so with out a car you would be stuck. The Dissapointing thing was the lanai firstly it was dirty I know they had just been though a hurricane but it needed a good power wash also it was advertised as a heated pool but when we got there they wanted another 200 dollar a week to heat it. I would never have booked it had I known that. It now says it on their listing but it didn’t when I booked. So no I would not go again

Thank you for your review, but if we talking about just knifes you should of mentioned it and we would take care of it right there!!! Second: I don’t know anyone who is traveling now without a car (including you people) and by the way restaurants shopping plazas located very close from the house literally nine minutes away!!! And the last thing - you have to read details and payments about the house more carefully then you wouldn’t be surprised about extra charges!!! Thanks for staying in our house! You are more than welcome to come back anytime!!!!!!!

House was clean and well equipped

The house itself was fine.Listing MismatchesThird bedroom was listed as 2 twin beds. Actually, it has a youth bed and a set of bunk beds.Listing states 4 bedrooms, however one of what is listed as a bedroom does not meet Florida law when it comes to defining a bedroom. It is actually a den with a sleep sofa and no closet. It has glass doors so no privacy.Listing indicates a heated pool, however there is a 200 per week charge activate the pool heater. The 200 seems excessive.Other issuesWe were not provided with a remote garage door opener. Had to get out of car and use a pin pad to open and close the door. This is our 4th rental in Lehigh Acres and the first where we were not provided with a remote for the garage/The refrigerator has a built-in ice maker but evidently not connected. Did find an ice tray to make ice,The house has a NEST thermostat. Temp was OK for us but no instructions as to how to change the temperature.House rules state NO Shoes. Floors are tiled so not sure why they have this restriction. Found it to be an inconvenience.It took 2 weeks for the refund of the security deposit. I though this to be an excessive amount of time.While we were there, one of the smoke detectors started beeping indicating a weak battery. A maintenance person was sent the next day. In looking at the detectors, they appear to be more than the 10-year limit for replacement.Lehigh is a bit remote. Have to go to Ft Myers for nice restaurants.
