Cozy Cottage with Lake view! - Fall Listing

Come enjoy this historic cottage with views of Lake Michigan. It is just a short walk down to the beach. Beautiful wooded walks just steps from the cottage and you are only 1.5 miles from downtown Grand Haven.
This is our Fall/winter listing because we shut down our third floor in the winter so we can only host a max of 6 guests vs our normal 11 guest max.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

No Loud Parties. Sound travels with dunes behind the cottage so please be kind to neighbors and keep noise down especially after 11pm.
Before checking out we do ask that you pull the bedding that you used and put in bathroom. Also please start a load of towels in the washer and dryer.
We expect the house to be in fairly clean condition when you leave. If you move something, please put it back how it was before you leave.

I grew up at this cottage being my year-round home. Me and my 5 siblings absolutely loved living here. My parents decided to move about 1 mile away but couldn't part with this beautiful cottage. They decided to keep it as a rental so that we could still use it for a couple months a year. I help my parents take care of the property and run the rental side of things.

What makes this property unique

It is located in Historic Highland park with beautiful old and new cottages throughout. You get the best of both worlds being mostly surrounded by woods with a stunning view of Lake Michigan. And it is just steps away from the city beach.
