Hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steal appliances, and eat up bar area. Balcony area with outdoor seating. Master bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom with double sinks. This property is wonderful. It is very clean, close to downtown Grand Haven, great bike path, pool was very clean and a short walk from property, and I was able to keep my car in a garage which was a bonus!Thanks so much

Great property, location, and host

My wife and I enjoyed walking to town on the walking paths. The condo was super clean and spacious. We communicated with the host several times before before the visit and each time got a prompt and reasonable reply. Would definitely recommend to all.

Beautiful, homey, close to everything! Perfect for our Grand Haven beach weekend. Slept our family of 3 comfortably. We loved waking up looking over the marina.

July trip

The condo was lovely. Very clean, spacious and well stocked. We were dissapointed that ther was only one elevator and was the furthest from it. Normally that would be ok but we were with a friend who has difficulty walking. Condo is on the top floor. The only view of the water was from the very tiny balcony and you had to face a certain way to see it. Your main view is the metal roof of a building. Overall we had a good time!

Great Spring Lake Option

Great property!

Great property for our needs. We were visiting college student and really enjoyed the kitchen and other amenities. Plenty of space and location near Grand Haven was perfect.

Mother/daughter weekend

Overall this property was great to stay at and would stay again no questions asked! Great location with so much to do locally. Since the setup is so nice a quiet evening in is very enjoyable as well. They had some board games and cards as well which was nice to have as an option. Private washer/dryer access was so nice to have. The owners were great to work with and they put together a nice booklet with all sorts of useful info about what is nearby.

Spacious , sunny , comfortable condo. Unit on 3rd floor but building has elevator. Location is superb, close to everything Summer. Owner is accessible and open to suggestions. Looking forward to our return

Perfect

Thank you for a wonderful experience! We were in Spring Lake for my daughters wedding. We have four adult children who visited us day of wedding and a 6 month old grandson. My son was easily able to set the baby up in the bedroom, it stayed quiet in there. Plenty enough room for us all to get ready with the bride, the bathrooms were nice. We did not feel on top of one another. Love how the bedroom areas are separated by common area. The view of water was relaxing. We rented a Pontoon boat for the day, we were able to pick my son up from the condo at the gas dock. There is a nice new community center you can drive boat around to on other side that had public bathrooms, splash pad and docking. You can also rent kayaks there. There is a variety of restaurants. The overall experience was 5 star. Great communication, great service, clean, updated property in a charming area.

upscale

It was better than I expected from the description. Things are fresh, new, and upscale. The set-up is such that each bedroom/bathroom/large walk-in closet with the living room and kitchen dividing them, has lots of privacy. Two families could comfortably stay here with little kids on sleeping bags in the closet! It feels very secure. Sitting on the deck is pleasant, water views on each direction. We have already rented for next year!

We love the area so much we started doing rental properties to share our beautiful location with others. Come and enjoy our beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan and get to know the local area.
