The house is organized on one level and accessible by 3 small steps from the terrace: - a large living room with dining room, lounge with wood stove and open kitchen - 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and one with 2 90 x 190 cm beds - a bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, washing machine - a separate toilet Outside : - an enclosed area with lawn - a terrace with garden furniture, pergola and barbecue Parking on the property What an incredible renovation of this old house which comes back to life today thanks to its owners who have chosen to transform it into a fabulous cozy and bright gîte! You will appreciate its cozy decoration in keeping with the times, its beautiful convivial spaces and its flowerbeds of aromatic plants and rock gardens outside. Very close to a departmental road, the land, entirely enclosed, is secured by a manual gate. Want to go for walks in the fresh air? Many hiking trails await you in the surrounding area as well as an equestrian center less than 2 kilometers away. Passionate about racing cars? Head to the pretty feudal town of Lohéac to discover its Automobile Manor and its circuit 11 kilometers away! Attend all your events at the exhibition center 21 kilometers away, the airport is 23 kilometers away.
