It is 43 square meters, includes a room with several storage and can accommodate up to six people.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities.

## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- A bedroom with 1 double bed and a sofa bed;
- A shower room with WC ;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- And a lounge area with another sofa bed for relaxing after a day's walking.
You'll also benefit from a balcony with a lovely view of Mont Blanc, a garden and parking.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, washing machine, fan, barbecue, fridge, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment's strong points is its location. It is :
- In a quiet, natural residence close to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc town center.
- A La Rosière bus stop is just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around town.
- Chamonix town center is a 10-minute walk away;
- Tennis courts, the municipal swimming pool and the QC terme golf SPA center are a 5-minute walk away;
- The ski lifts are a 2-minute walk away;
For your daily needs, there's a "Spar Alpina Chamonix" supermarket just a 19-minute walk away.

Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix, is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.

From Geneva International Airport: 1 hour 20 minutes by car.
