Welcome to Art Villa Miami filled with vibrant original modern art from one of my favorite cities, KIEV. The Art Villa Miami is simply perfect. Relax in a jacuzzi, take a dip in a spacious pool surrounded by the lush tropical garden. Cook dinner in the backyard. Take and and post the GRAM worthy photos all over the Villa. Tag our official page ASTRAPLAYA. The space has three comfy bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The living area is designed with an open space concept in mind.

the house was clean and had all the listed amenities. Pool was nice and warm once we were able to contact the host and have then turn the heat on, so we were able to use it by the second day of our stay. We enjoyed our brief stay there very much, the house was close to Port Everglades and the airport!

This was our second stay at Art Villa, and it was just as wonderful as the first! My kids absolutely love Florida and keep asking to come back every year — and Art Villa is the only place they want to stay, period.The villa has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. It’s beautifully designed, spotless, and surrounded by lush greenery that creates a sense of privacy and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids, giving the grown-ups a chance to relax.If you enjoy cooking, the fully stocked kitchen is a dream — equipped with everything from a Nespresso machine to a blender for smoothies, milkshakes, or margaritas. The white marble floors keep the villa cool even on the hottest Florida days and add a touch of modern elegance.The location couldn’t be better. Publix is just a short 5–10 minute walk away, and you’ll find BJ’s and Costco within a 20–30 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby — from cozy local spots to popular chains — and Miami Beach, downtown Miami, and Hard Rock Stadium are all within easy reach.In short, Art Villa is welcoming, cozy, and beautifully curated. Olga is the best host — kind, responsive, and so easy to communicate with!

Une superbe propriété de vacance et un hôte parfait, très attentif à nos demandes

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette propriété. Les installations sont excellentes et issues d’une rénovation récente de l’ensemble. Les aménagements extérieurs sont tout simplement parfaits. La piscine, son bain tourbillon intégré, le mobilier extérieur ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous y avons séjourné presque 7 semaines, dont une semaine accompagnée de nos 2 filles et leurs commentaires sur leur séjour sont tout simplement WOW! L’intérieur de la maison, également rénové, est spatieux et rien n’y manquait. Olia, la représente du propriétaire a tout simplement été parfaite. Réaction très rapide et appropriée à toutes nos demandes, ce qui a contribué à un séjour mémorable dans cette propriété. Souhaitons y retourner l’an prochain.

Very Relaxing / Zen getaway

Olga was a great host. The check in was so easy. The property was beautiful, clean and neighborhood was quiet. So many vacation photo opportunities right there you don't even have to go sight seeing. Me and my family planning to come back just to hang out at Olga's crib lol Lots of restaurants and stores close by and apprx 15 min from FLL. 5stars for sure.

My family and I enjoyed our short stay at Art Villa. The house was spacious, clean and cozy. The place had all everyday appliances. Beds were comfy and spacious. The gem of the property is the pool! I had to drag my kids out of it! Jacuzzi was another spot my family greatly loved, especially in the evening. The house is close to two shopping plazas and restaurants. The beach is just a short drive away. Aventura Mall is 20-30 minutes away. All major highways are just a few minutes away. Olia is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with! Thank you for having us!

Art Villa

Our family enjoyed staying at this house and will definitely be coming back again. It is well equipped with everything you need and the host is very accommodating and generous. The location is perfect close to the beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants. It is very quiet and felt safe. The closest beach is 5 minutes by car. Publix is walking distance. Our kids fell in love with the private backyard and a brand new large pool. We also enjoyed the unique art and decor of the villa.

This house is simply stunning!!!

The best feature is the pool and jacuzzi. The location is only 5 minutes drive from serene Hollywood beach. It is close to supermarkets and restaurants. The area is safe and quiet. The house is well stocked will all necessities. We would definitely come back and recommend to all friends. The host is very friendly and responsive. Loved it.

When I plan a vacation I am not just looking for a hotel or a city but I am looking for an experience and I wanted to share my experience with others. This philosophy inspired me to start my own lifestyle luxury vacation venture Astra Playa. Astra Playa makes me dream of a magic tropical beach under the stars. I own two beautiful villas filled with original art in Miami and a luxury 38 foot Sea Ray Sundancer yacht. I personally decorated the yacht and the villas and curated all the art pieces. I decided to call my yacht Ginger and there is a story behind it. Maybe I will share this story with you. I will also share my taste of life and ensure that you will get an incredible experience.
