This is a single-family house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Laguna style pool and spa (NO HOT TUB, just an addition to the pool) with Tiki surrounded by tropical landscaping. This house located only 10 minutes away from FLL airport, 6 minutes from famous Hollywood beach and Boardwalk and just couple of minutes from Hollywood Young Circle where you'll find many options for dining.

Pretty and comfortable

Overall, my stay was comfortable and the house is pretty. clean, and the owner Igor was very responsive. The top of the pool fountain was not working when i stayed there and i would've liked to know that before staying or booking. However, the outside was beautiful and Igor had many things in the home that made our stay easier.

A wonderful oasis to relax in

We spent two weeks in the house and enjoyed every day. The house has been beautifully renovated and still retains its charm. We found everything we needed for a family vacation. The garden with its many palm trees surrounding the lovely pool is particularly beautiful. The owner, Igor, was easy to reach both before and during our stay and took care of our needs quickly. We have booked houses in Hollywood several times and will definitely be back in the future.

OUTSTANDING property inside and out!!!

I could write paragraphs on how wonderful this place was inside and out - start to finish. It did not disappoint in any way. The house interior and layout is incredible. I've never been in a rental so clean and well organized. The back yard with the pool provided ENDLESS sitting and socializing areas. It is SOOO private and well sheltered from the neighbors AND the sun. SPACIOUS inside and out!!!!I am a rental property owner and have high standards and this exceeded my expectations.Lastly, THANK YOU IGOR, for your responsiveness to my request for a full size ironing board.

Hollywood Getaway

We had a great time at Igor’s property in Hollywood. The insides were spotless and beautiful. The oool are was very relaxing. It was also close to everywhere.

Great Property

Went down for the Orange Bowl. Everything we needed was at the house. Close to the beach, Hard Rock Stadium, Gulfstream etc. Only downfall with the area is the traffic, but that has nothing to do with the property.

Great property

The house was clean and beautiful it definitely met our needs. Wish we had time to use the pool. Just a recommendation to have a full size ironing board it was hard to use the small one for ironing a dress, besides this very minor inconvenience we would stay here again!

Amazing mini-paradise!

We loved this house! It was very clean, great neighborhood, beautiful paradise in the back yard! Close to great restaurants, the beach and Hard Rock Stadium! We hope to come back for another game next year! Highly recommend!

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed the wonderful house and the pool with the palm trees in the yard. It was simply awesome! Moreover, communication with host was very easy and friendly.

Family Vacation

House was in great shape and very clean upon arrival. Easy to communicate with and quick responses!! We used the shuttle service and uber to go back and forth to the beach as we didn’t rent a car. Pool was a fun bonus especially on the rainy days we couldn’t get to the beach. Check in and check out super simple!!

Beautiful house/property

House is big and spacious! Beautiful private backyard and pool. Very cute sitting covered area. Host has thought of everything. We brought everything we needed but when we get there we realize the house had small coolers, beach chairs, beach towel, even things like sunscreen! It was awesome! Definitely will stay agin if in the are and recommend to friend who busy! Host was great and very easy to contact with any questions!

Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It's close to the beach, casino, reaturants and the airport. The pool is your own little sancuary. We didnt need for anything but it would have been nice to have extra wash cloths, pot holders and a throw blanket or two. However, you cant have all the comforts of home and being able to improvise on vacations is a must. We enjoyed our stay and even cooked a beautiful Christmas dinner. 🎄

A Great Experience

We were completely happy with our stay. Interior was very clean and updated throughout. The backyard pool area is fantastic. We asked to have the pool temperature raised, and the owner took care of it quickly. We would like to stay here again.

Very beautiful home at a affordable price

The property was an awesome home away from home all the amenities and more. The owner was very responsive the home is gorgeous the pictures doesn't do it justice . I have locked this listing in for my florida trips.

For older adults

Pool could use hand rails. I am 74 fell getting out of pool. Skinned both knees and elbow. Bring your own toilet paper. We did enjoy our time. Location is good.

Perfect escape

My 2 kids loved the pool area and the house was extremely clean. It worked out perfectly for us and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice as well. Communication with Igor was fantastic and he was very accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Paradise in Hollywood!!!

This entire place is paradise! As soon as we got inside the house, and saw the outdoor area with the pool and Tiki, it felt like we were on a tropical island in a exclusive private villa! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. All the bedrooms were appointed and very comfortable. The master bedroom and the bathroom are straight out of a designed magazine. I highly recommend this to anyone who’s traveling to the Hollywood area and want to reside in Paradise. The host was absolutely best and responsive. We plan on staying here on every trip down to Hollywood.
