About this property

✰ Entire Naples Estate: sleeps 30, 150' Pool Tennis Pickleball Bocce Gym Theater

TIME 4 U Estate, located on 2.5 acres of private lush tropical landscaping, is the perfect escape in Naples for R+R and elevated good times. The Estate has two homes and can accommodate up to 30 people with 11 bedrooms, 16 beds and 7 full baths and 2 half baths. Its indoor-outdoor footprint is great for spreading out or coming together.

The 9,500 sqft modern industrial-style house was built in 2021 and is a marvel in its concrete design, exposed metal beams and open concept living with souring 25 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. It has a unique "cat walk" that traverses the entire length of the home. Please note, the cat walk has views of the 2 lower level bedrooms and the two loft bedrooms. This home has hurricane-proof windows and a whole house generator.

Recently renovated, we enlisted the help of PROjECT. Interiors, a renowned Chicago design firm, to transform the guest house with woven pendant lights, macrame hammocks, collected tapestries, exposed brick and reclaimed wood—peace-inducing elements befitting of a boutique hotel in Bali.

The Estate is an inspiring retreat for vacations, family reunions and more!

If I could give this home more than five stars, I absolutely would! Our extended family stayed here for a special weekend together, and the house was incredible. It is a beautiful and luxurious, but what really stood out to us was the attention to detail. Every space was thoughtfully done, and everything throughout the home felt high-quality and top-notch. You could tell that so much care went into every detail. There were so many different areas of the property for our family to enjoy. We spent time by the pool and hot tub, gathered in the gorgeous kitchen, and loved having the gym as well. The hosts were wonderful! They were attentive, responsive, and communicated with us throughout our stay. We truly felt taken care of.More than anything this home gave our family a special place to be together and make memories. Everything about our stay felt comfortable, luxurious, and just a little extra special. Our entire family loved it.Five stars simply aren’t enough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Oasis Highly Recommend

I dont know where to start! The place is absolutely GORGEOUS, immaculately clean, best hosts weve ever had in any rental by far. We had the privilege of hearing their daughter sing and she moved us all! There is a ton to do on the property or relaxing which is what I opted for while the kids had a good time playing games, on the courts and in the pool. There are a lot of restaurants etc around and close to beaches.

Amazing property with such incredible host!

I can’t sing Lisa and Jeff’s praises enough! They were all around wonderful hosts. The amenities were incredible and they had thought of every detail. They went above and beyond providing dish washer pods, laundry detergent, fresh fruit, beach towels, coffee pods and creamer, EVERYTHING. Nothing was looked over, no detail missed. The house itself is so beautiful and peaceful and enough to make you want to stay forever. Our group LOVED the pool and covered patio area and spent most of our time there. We do wish we would have rented a car because you do have to have an Uber/Lyft if you plan on leaving the house, it’s not in a walkable location- But the hosts do provide a service you can book to drive you and your party around-We didn’t notice it til the last day in the welcome booklet, but good thing to note if your party plans on not having a car! Jeff and Lisa were so kind and so fun to visit with. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our group! We were all obsessed!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that you and your family had an amazing vacation at the Estate. Our home is designed in a true industrial loft, open-concept style, which creates the spacious and unique atmosphere of the Estate but can also allow sound to travel more easily between some areas of the home. We truly enjoyed hosting you and your family and would love to welcome you back again!

Spectacular home!!!

As a previous review of this property mentioned, the pictures do not do justice as to how beautiful the home and its property are. We cannot say it enough how much our family enjoyed and loved everything the home had to offer….from the beautiful decor, amazing amenities, the comfortable and very homey feel and such wonderful hosts!! Other than a trip to the beach, which the hosts amply provide all the necessary equipments (beach chairs, towels, etc),, there is no reason to leave the property. From the beautiful Olympic lane pool, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocce, corn hole, ping pong, badminton, laser tag and the jacuzzi - there were plenty of things to do to keep us busy and well entertained!! We did go to downtown Naples for a couple of wonderful dinners but the best dinner we had was at the house….home cooked dinner al fresco!! This is, by far, the nicest one we’ve rented and we hope to book a future stay in this spectacular home!!!

Amazing property, great for kids

This place had the wow factor. The yard is amazing with tennis/basketball courts, bocce, ping pong, huge pool, fire pit and cornhole. Kids had endless things to do. Property is well stocked with all kinds of sporting equipment including bikes and beach things. Lots of towels, dishes and kitchen items. Grill was great for cooking in. This was the most well stocked, beautiful house we have rented through vrbo. We will be back!

Luxury amenities and first-class service

Our group of 8 had a great time staying at this property. The pictures don’t do justice as to just how beautiful the home and surrounding areas are. The house has everything you need. Rooms are spacious, appliances new, high-end décor, and all is easy to use. The home was extremely clean and well organized. We made great use of the outside area which included a new grill, hot-tub, lap pool, fire-pit, and outside TV. We especially enjoyed having access to the basketball/tennis court that is also located on the property. While the owners also live within the site, we had complete privacy. In the event we had any questions, the owners were highly attentive and helpful. If you’re looking for a high-end home with plenty of options to keep you busy, look no further. I have zero complaints and couldn’t even suggest something to improve upon. Hopeful to come back and stay there again in the future.

TIME 4 U is a forward-thinking lifestyle brand based in Naples, Florida. Fusing beauty and wellness with a breathtaking vacation property and curated experiences, TIME 4 U has carved out a niche space in the luxury sector where aesthetics and hospitality are intertwined. Exclusive and highly personalized, TIME 4 U’s offerings—cutting-edge med spa treatments, a designer high-end estate , a luxury yacht for day charters, —to cater to a discerning clientele in the premium sphere. And because TIME 4 U understands its audience, a heightened focus has been placed on customization: All of TIME 4 U’s services and amenities can be experienced à la carte or bundled together (think Botox and Bellinis for you and your friends on the patio at your private Naples Estate, followed by a catered sunset cruise on the Gulf of America). The bespoke nature of the brand combined with inspired ways to relax, restore and elevate one’s lifestyle, are presented as intoxicating, deeply desirable and fun!—all of the things that luxury consumers long to be associated with.

Dr. Lisa Gulcher is the founder and owner of TIME 4 U Naples. Dr. Gulcher is a doer, a maker and a pioneer. She started her career as an oncology nurse, often serving as a traveling nurse for underserved communities. Gulcher had the foresight to create a dual medical/med spa practice that would be VIP all the way. She would limit the practice to 200 clients and offer on-demand appointments for everything from an annual exam to a bit of Botox. She went on to own multiple med spas in the Chicago Land area, and eventually opened TIME 4 U Med Spa in 2018. In 2020, Gulcher decided to add a lifestyle arm to the TIME 4 U brand with the addition of our vacation property, TIME 4 ESTATE and TIME 4 U YACHT, a 72-foot Galeon FLY yacht located on Marco Island for cruising the Gulf of America.

Why they chose this property

Time 4 U Naples Estate lies within the coveted Urban Estates neighborhood of North Naples. This area is one of the most sought-after areas in all of Naples. This is due to the large property sizes and natural, undisturbed tropical environment with matures and abundant wildlife that creates a peaceful retreat, yet near beaches and downtown Naples.

What makes this property unique

TIME 4 U’ Naples mission is focused on you, by infusing wellness, tranquility and joy into your experience. The TIME 4 U brand is in full alignment with today’s lifestyle shift toward authentic, rejuvenating experiences. This cultural movement is fueled by the belief that wellness and happiness are in direct correlation with one’s physical and mental well-being, a journey that begins by setting aside time to relax our minds, restore our inherent beauty, recharge our batteries, and elevate our senses. In essence, it's all about making Time 4 U.
