3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment in downtown Savannah. Historic home near Forsyth Park. Victorian District, walking distance to the main downtown grocery store (Kroger with Starbucks) as well as Mate Factor coffee shop.

Park on the non-metered public street or off-street behind the house in private parking area.

Please note that bookings are non-refundable so do NOT use instant book to reserve this apartment if you are not sure yet. Once booked you may not cancel for a full refund but we offer insurance options that can be added on to cover many common reasons for needing to cancel.

Furnished rental with utilities included in advertised rates. If you are a tourist coming for a short stay please keep in mind this address is just outside of the typical tourist area. It is just over 1 mile from the River. This is an area popular with SCAD students and professionals. City of Savannah approved short term vacation rental license # SVR 00777
