About this property

Chalet Ingrid - OG of an EFH - not a complete apartment!

It is the upper floor in a detached house in Heiligensee (on the outskirts of Berlin). The slowly growing construction of the house from 1930 to today makes it unique ... (about 65 square meters). I live in the lower area. The apartment is well equipped and newly renovated. Wi-Fi is available, bed linen, towels and hair dryer as well. In the kitchen with dishwasher, 2 ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and microwave, there is a good basic equipment incl. Salt, pepper, oil and much more. If necessary, a bike can be borrowed, for example, to get bread!
Since I also live in the house, I am always available and can help if necessary.
We have a common entrance. However, the construction is such that both areas are well separated, but it is not a separate separate apartment. It may be that I have to supply for technical reasons (hot water supply) to the attic. The house is equipped with a thermal solar system (300l memory). If there are only a few hours of sunshine in summer or during the transitional period, the additional heating will be regulated from the attic. For this I would have to go through the upper floor to the attic. Which of course only happens with consultation.

The sockets have child safety locks and if necessary I provide a high chair or a travel cot available.

For very young children, the staircase leading to the upper floor is not completely safe. It is an open staircase. As a precaution, I have classified the apartment as not child-friendly in the description.

Mein zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt im Chalet Ingrid war wirklich etwas Besonderes für mich. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es gab nicht nur die üblichen Küchenutensilien, sondern auch Gewürze, Tee und sogar Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine. Ein Eierkocher rundete die Ausstattung ab – das ist weit über dem Durchschnitt im Vergleich zu vielen nterkünften, die man auf anderen Buchungsportalen findet.Auch die Lage der Wohnung war für mich angenehm. Die Nähe zu S-Bahn und Bus ermöglichte eine gute Anbindung, Tegel war nicht weit entfernt und das grüne Umland lud zu Ausflügen ein.Chalet Ingrid ist echt eine Reise wert! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Sehr schön gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Ideal um Berlin mit dem Nahverkehr zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bahnhof sind in unter 20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Wohnun liebevoll eingerichtet.

Eine Reise war es wert

Wir waren über Himmelfahrt für 4 Tage in Heiligensee. Heiligensee ist am Rande von Berlin und sehr grün.. Wir haben es genossen, tagsüber im trubeligen Berlin zu sein und dann ins ruhige Heiligensee zu kommen. Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich empfangen.Die Lage ist ruhig. Geschäfte und Restaurants waren fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage das Auto in Heiligensee gelassen und die S Bahn genutzt. Zur Station läuft man ca 15 min. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht für einen kurztrip inklusive einer netten Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder

Ruhige Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Sehr nett eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und 2 Platten Kochfeld. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben Außenjalosien, sodas die ruhige Anliegerstraße komplett in Vergessenheit gerät. Der Wohn- / Essbereich ist auch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bad hat ein schöne Größe mit einer großen Dusche. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Verbrauchsstoffe wie Duschgel, WC Papier, Handtücher usw. sind ebenfalls in vorhanden. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Berlin oder das Umland zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, S-Bahn, Drogerie, Bäcker sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, ebenso wie ein Restaurant. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
