A wonderful beach stay is waiting for you.
The apartment Lotus is located on the 3rd floor of the Baan Saen Saran Condominium Complex. Beach access will be through the beautiful and generous tropical garden. The apartment complex provides a private beach access.
3 swimming pools are integrated into the garden landscape.
Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are within easy reach and the reception of the condominium complex will give you helpful tips and suggestions.
The full furnished apartment ( approx. 102sqm ) provides 2 Bedrooms, with 2 Bathrooms and toilets, TV, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Balcony with garden / - pool view. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The rental price will also include, bed sheets, linen, towels, beach towels.
A weekly cleaning with changing of linen, bed sheets, towels is also included

Lovely pool area and gardens. Apartment is well setup with furniture and equipment. Some lounge beds for shady spots by the pool would be good.

Nice place, long walk

The condo was very nice. I had some issues with the wifi, but after a call to the owner it was sorted. Turned out there is new router that caused issues. The only issue was the long walk from parking area to the condo, much uncovered and in the rainy season. Not the funnest dragging luggage up stairs. Would stay there again

Dear Douglas, many thanks for staying with us much appreciated. The WIFI was sorted out as the credentials for log-in are a very small print on the back of the router. The distance from underground parking to condo is just a 100m, but yes if it rains it might be difficult. Thanks again for staying with us

Excellent stay

The property was really nice. Large apartment with two separate double bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms.Very large balcony overlooking the pool area. Three pools altogether with one that had slides and a fountain, for the children, next to the sea. Not clear if we could use the sunloungers in that area as there were signs on them stating for use by owners only.Plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and easy to get into town at night if you wanted to.Superb beach.Well equipped kitchen. We had a small problem with one of the showers which was fixed very quickly.All the grounds and pool areas were well looked after.

Spacious Apartment With Great Pools And Beach Access

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The apartment is larger than average with a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, massive lounge area with nice balcony overlooking a large swimming pool. There are 3 pools altogether, with plenty of sunbeds and water slides for children. There is direct access to the beach which looks quite clean considering its proximity to the main town. The gardens are particularly well looked after. Its also worth mentioning the management office were very helpful and the general impression is of a well established and maintained condo development. The apartment is located between the south end of town and the quieter Khao Takieb area. The only (minor) downside for us was the difficulty in crossing the road directly outside to catch a song thaw into town or to the market village - there are concrete barriers down the middle of this section of the road and you have to walk 2 or 3 hundred metres north or south to find a safe point to cross. However this would not bother you if you have a car or don't have small children in tow. Also the concrete barriers may be just a temporary feature. The owner was responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Sunny side apartment, very hot

Für den Preis dieser Wohnung dürfte man eine bessere Balkonmöblierung erwarten. - Kücheneinrichtung: Alte, verbrauchte Pfannen sind nicht benutzbar. - Lage der Wohnung über dem Pool: Zeitweise sehr lärmig, bis weit in die Nacht hinein.

Sehr geehrte Frau Regina, vielen Dank fuer Ihre Bewertung, und Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns in Hua Hin. Gerne nehmen ich etwas Stellung zu den genannten Punkten. Leider kann ich nicht nachvollziehen wie Sie das Apartment als " Warm / Heiss " bewerten. Der Balkon geht zur Garten/Poolseite und natuerlich kann es auf dem Balkon in der tropischen Sonneneinstrahlung warm sein. Das ist normal in einem Land wie Thailand, und Schatten haben wir nicht ausgeschrieben. Weiter ist das ganze Apartment klimatisiert, und die Klimaanlage individuel regulierbar. Somit muss jeder Gast selbst entscheiden wie er die Temperatur im Apartment reguliert. Das Apartment geht zur Poolseite und es kann immer sein das Kinder dort einmal spielen, oder auch Familien am Pool sind. Das ist eine Familienappartment Anlage und hier steht es jedem Mieter zu den Pool zu nutzen. Abends ist immer sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Das preisliche Gefuege enstpricht der Reisezeit (Hochsaison), sowie den allgemeinen Preisen eines Apartments mit direkter Strandlage und dieser Ausstattung in Hua Hin. Sicherlich gibt es preiswertere Apartments diese sind aber im Regelfall nicht am Strand. Somit kann ich diese Aussage nicht nachvollziehen. Toepfe / Pfannen etc koennen natuerlich etwas abgenutzt sein, dass werden wir pruefen und entsprechend ergaenzen bzw ersetzen. Hier sind wir aber auch angewiesen, dass Mieter gut mit der Ausstattung umgehen. Das ist leider nicht immer gegeben. Nochmals vielen Dank das Sie unser Gast waren, und wir hoffen das Sie dennoch einen schoenen Aufenthalt hatten.

The first appointment was on third floor, but elevator was out of order. After a few days we were allowed a ground floor appointment which was ideal. Would definitely use again.

Fin ferie

Leiligheten hadde veldig fin beliggenhet med utsikt over hage og basseng. Første uken var det ene toalettet ute av drift, og det var en del plunder før det ble ordnet. Det var ikke varmt vann på kjøkkenet så vi måtte varme vann til oppvask. Ellers var leiligheten bra og vi hadde en fin ferie.

2 Wochen in Hua Hin

Das Inserat für die Wohnung traf in allen Belangen zu. Das Objekt hat eine direkte Strandlage und alles notwendige, wie Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars und ein Nachtmarkt befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Zentrum mit dem großen Nachtmarkt kann man gleichfalls gut mit dem Bus, welcher aber oft überfüllt ist,oder dem Taxi erreichen.

Ordentliche Anlage direkt am schönen Sandstrand

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit 2 SZ und 2 Bädern am Strand von Hua Hin, Anlage gepflegt mit 3 Poolanlagen - Rutschen, etc. leider nur am WE in Betrieb; Anlage wenig besucht - sollte es voll sein, fehlen Liegen - zu unserer Zeit problemlos; Appartment gut ausgestattet, aber mit leichtem Potential zur Nachbesserung: Stühle Essbereich durchgesessen, Betten ( für die Mädels der Familie) zu hart; Safe wäre sinnvoll - nur Kleinigkeiten, die es noch angenehmer machen könnten; Vermieter super freundlich und zuverlässig - von Buchung bis Aufenthalt sofortige Rückmeldung bei Fragen; schöner Strand; leider wenig Restaurants in der Nähe, daher TukTuk für Stadt notwendig (100 Bath); Verwaltung der Anlage versteht nur bedingt Englisch; zu unserer Zeit leider Fassadenarbeiten (staubig) und nebenan Eröffnung eines größeren Bauprojektes

Awesome accommodation and great value for your money!

My family (kids were 7 and 2 years old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. The only problem was that upon check-in, our beds were not made and we had to go down to the front desk to have it sorted out. They were quick to fix it and very apologetic. This was in no part the owners fault but an oversight of the front desk. My family enjoyed the direct beach access and it was totally not crowded at all despite going during Songkran week. We enjoyed the different pools, and especially loved the big slide that all of us could go down. We were sad to leave and end our vacation but are looking forward to our next stay here again.

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Sehr gerne wieder!

Anfangs waren wir etwas enttäuscht, da der pool, der direkt vor dem Appartment liegt, gerade restauriert wurde. Da die Anlage jedoch 3 Pools hat, war das kaum eine Einschränkung, höchstens eine optische. Das Publikum in der Anlage waren Thais, deutsche Rentner u auch einige russische Familien. Alles in allem war es sehr angenehm, es gab genug Sonnenliegen. Die Wasserspiele wurden nur am Wochenende angestellt, was aber auch nicht so schlimm war. Was die Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten betriff, gibt es einen Minisupermarkt für das Nötigste ca 10 Min fussläufig. Am besten läuft man am strand entlang, da die strasse vor der tür 4spurig u stark befahren ist. In die Stadt kommst man in ca 15 min mit öffentlichem shuttle-taxi.. Diese Taxen kann man überall anhalten u sich überall wieder rauslassen für 20 baht pro person. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit u haben das appartment sehr genossen! Vielen Dank!
