Recharge your batteries in our charming, renovated farmhouse located in the heart of the Perche Ornais region and enjoy a very pleasant setting just 1.5 hours from Paris, 2 hours from the D-Day beaches, and 2 hours and 45 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel.

This typical family home, measuring 180 m², sits on 4,000 m² of land—ideal for a stay with family or friends by the fireplace or in the shade of the large linden tree, depending on the season. Well-equipped, everything has been designed to ensure you have a wonderful time.

Located in the new town of Val au Perche, you’re 10 km from Nogent-le-Rotrou and its Château St. Jean, 30 km from Thiron-Gardais and Stéphane Bern’s Military College, and 20 km from Bellême and its forest, renowned for mushroom picking. The Perche region offers many sites to visit as well as a wide range of activities: hiking, escape games, tennis, paddle tennis, canoeing, cycling, horseback riding, and pedal boating on the Borde lake.

The house is spacious and well-equipped.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large living room with a fireplace and a piano, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals to share (raclette and fondue sets, a plancha grill, etc.) 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds), a washing machine, a dryer, and a half-bath.
On the first floor, there is a master suite with a walk-in closet and shower, another bedroom with a queen-size bed, an office area, and a play and reading area for all ages.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a shaded patio with a dining area. The garden and its pétanque court offer pleasant moments of relaxation. Several fruit trees are planted on the property, and you can enjoy their fruit depending on the season.

The pool is currently unavailable (it is not heated)

Enjoy the market in Theil-sur-Huisne every Wednesday morning, as well as its excellent bakeries, and meet the shopkeepers in this charming village (florist, bar, newsstand, hardware store, convenience stores, pharmacy, restaurant...) and the many recreational facilities available (tennis courts, multi-purpose sports field, skate park...). You can also reserve one of the two paddle tennis courts in Condé-sur-Huisne to try your hand at this new racket sport.
