The residence

Cap Eden is a recent residential complex ideally located in Le Lavandou. In the heart of the residence, you'll enjoy a beautiful swimming pool (open from 15th May to 15th October). Fully enclosed and secure, you'll also have one car park space.

An area where everything can be done on foot, just a few steps away from the beaches of Le Lavandou and its marina! You can also enjoy the shops, restaurants, bars and many events in the summer that will delight young and old alike!
