The apartment is located in the apartment house Poseidon on the 3rd floor with a balcony with a great view and is located in the Duhnen spa area on a pedestrian street with a bus stop in front of the house. In the house there is a sauna, (renovations will take place from November to March 2020), a bicycle room, a drying room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The cozy apartment has a living room with dining area, cable TV, free WiFi, radio / CD player, a bedroom with 2 single beds. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, other kitchen utensils and dishes for 2 people. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Sehr schöne FeWo.

Die Begrüßung durch die Verwalter sehr Nett und komplikationslos. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alle wichtigen Läden sind in mittelbarer Nähe (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Viele Grüße Heiko

Eine wunderbare Wohnung

Mein Mann und ich waren zum ersten Mal in Cuxhaven und waren von unserer Ferienwohnung begeistert! Die Wohnung ist schön groß für 2 Personen und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass die kleine Küche ein extra Raum ist und man so die Essensgerüche nicht in der ganzen Wohnung hat. Die Betreuung war großartig. Wir hatten anfangs eine Frage zur Sauna und man hat sich sofort vorbildlich um uns gekümmert - freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mir gefiel es sehr gut, dass die Sauna nicht gleichzeitig von allen Bewohnern der Ferienwohnanlage genutzt werden kann, sondern man sich quasi als Appartement zur Saunanutzung in eine Liste einträgt.Es ist herrlich, die Sauna einige Zeit ganz für sich allein zu haben! Der Strand ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen, was ein großer Vorteil ist, wenn es zwischendurch mal einen Regenschauer gibt.

Toller Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung in einem sauberen Haus. Strandnähe, der Ortskern von Duhnen ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super Lage, sehr nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung war super für unsere kleine Familie. Zu dritt hat sie für uns mehr als ausgereicht. Die Lage ist sehr strandnah.

Nice equipped apartment near beach

We, 2 adults and 2 teenagers enjoyed 5 days in this fully equipped and light apartment. Only 200 m to arrive the beach. All together it has enough space for 4 people, but the sofa bed in the living Rom is quite uncomfortable for adults and a longer stay. The small bedroom has two comfortable single beds. The small kitchen is well outfitted and offers everything you need. There is also a balcony to sit on. A parking place belongs to the apartment, which was also very comfortable.

Eine gute Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super bis zum Strand sind es knappe Hundert Meter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Uns hat es gefallen.

Ferienwohnung Cuxhaven

Wir sind von Frau Möbius sehr nett und pünktlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig -obwohl das Schlafzimmerfenster zum Innenhof geht und man eigentlich jeden vorbei gehen hört. Die Küche ist wirklich mini - aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Geschirr ist im Überfluss da, gleich mehrere Service, was darauf schließen lässt, dass einiges aus dem Privathaushalt "übersiedelt" ist. Der Brötchen-Service in der Nähe auf dem Campingplatz hat uns gut gefallen und auch die Buslinie direkt vor der Tür. Zur Promenade gelangt man auch schnell und die niedliche Bimmelbahn ist ebenfalls schnell verfügbar. Ja - wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern. Unsere eigene Ferienwohnung in Bad Harzburg wird gerade fertig gestellt - modern - im Landhausstil mit weißer Küche und es übersiedelt nichts aus meinem Haushalt, weil alles neu wird.
