2½-room apartment on the ground floor, 53m2. Entrance with hall stand. Living/dining room with a sofa bed (160x200). Radio, TV and phone. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee machine CHICCO D'ORO. Fondue oven available. Double room with double bed (160x210). Bath/toilet/sink. Terrace facing northwest. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shared washing room and ski room. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Prüveda was built in 1994 in the Engadine style and is located outside of the village centre. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cable way Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. Busses run during the winter season every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Schon zum dritten Mal mit Loga und gerne immer wieder. Sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Auf Wünsche eingegangen , wie früher Wohnung beziehen. Auch vorher war schon die Emailkorrespondenz mit Loga immer sehr freundlich und schnell! Danke für Alles Anreise etc sehr gut und wieder ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Silvaplana Wetter war perfekt, Nichts Danke für das Willkommenste- Geschenk :-) Die Wohnung Prüveda 0.5 zum 2. Mal gemietet. Das Sofa lässt für den Preis zu Wünschen übrig, da sehr unbequem. Für schon sehr wenig Geld könnte man ein bequemeres Sofabett hinstellen. Eine Beschreibung für Nutzung Fernseher wäre nicht schlecht, für nicht google geübte, nicht einfach und ev mit TV -Kanälen auf Laminiertem Blatt in Schublade legen? Besser war dieses mal etwas mehr Toilettenpapier und Abwasch-Tabs bei Ankunft vorhanden. Wohnung ist sonst gut mit Geschirr ausgestattet!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen mit nur wenigen Minuten bis zur Bushaltestelle. Ein Dorfladen, Bäckerei, Skiverleih sind ebenfalls um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. In der Küche gib es alles was man braucht.
