Vacation for large families!
Is a lot of space in the holiday home important to you?
Our large holiday home for 10 people plus 2 small children, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets is just right. In the 1st On the first floor there is a huge balcony, a separate kitchen, a large 34 sqm living room with dining room, a daylight bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, a guest toilet. There are also 2 double bed rooms, one with a TV and oversized beds, one with a box spring bed. A room with a bunk bed. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with mattresses in degree 4 and a daylight bathroom with a large shower and toilet. There is a kicker and cross trainer in the large hallway. The bicycles can also be stored safely. Barbecue and seating await you on the balcony.
Our new holiday home for you alone in beautiful Gemünd is located directly at the Eifel National Park. Generously dimensioned, it offers space for 10 guests. A large living room offers a view of the Kermeterwald. You can also see the green forest landscape from the dining area. In the quiet Malsbenden district, you can enjoy all seasons. You have access to the garden and can park your bikes.
Washer and dryer are on the ground floor.
Parking spaces in the courtyard for 3-4 vehicles are available.

Wonderful house with plenty of space for larger groups, set in a great location for exploring both Germany and Belgium. Beautiful area with plenty of nature walks. Everything you might need for a self catering holiday was readily available. Communication with our host was fantastic and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend

Large house in an excellent location

Large rooms gave a real feeling of space. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 5 bedrooms means the house can deal with almost any demand. Shame that the house did not have blinds (Jalousien) on the bedroom windows. Gemuend had all the facilities you could want and all a 10 minute walk away

Das Objekt ist so gepflegt und gemütlich wie in den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet und der Kicker macht Spaß. Die Nachbarhäuser sind näher als gedacht, aber nichts ist unangenehm einsehbar. Besonders hat uns der riesige Balkon gefallen. Mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und einem grossen Grill. Schade, das das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat. Geschäfte sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und es gibt einige Restaurant in der Nähe, wenn man Mal nicht kochen will.Die Vermieter sind schnell, freundlichen und hilfsbereits. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Das Wichtigste zuerst: Die Betten sind traumhaft! IWir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Das lag nicht nur an den Betten, sondern auch an der ruhigen Umgebung. Wir waren 7 Personen und es gibt wirklich genug Platz für alle. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber sehr aufwändig, modern und liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Auch bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Der Tischkicker war bei unseren Jungs der Renner. Auf der Terrasse kann man mit Blick auf den Wald die Abendsonne genießen.Der Ort ist sehr hübsch und ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Entspannter Kurztripp

Wir haben mit der Familie ( 3 Generationen ) das letzte Wochenende in dem Eifelhaus4you verbracht.Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Mit zwei noch sehr kleinen Kindern nicht immer entspannt, aber trotzdem sehr harmonisch.Dazu beigetragen hat die sehr schöne Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung 1:1 entsprochen hat. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, alles Wichtige vorhanden, alles sauber, bequeme Betten, riesige Terrasse praktisch ums halbe Haus, also bei dem schönen Wetter irgendwo immer Sonne, und die beiden Kleinen ( 10 und 18 Monate ) fandendie Duplokiste faszinierend und waren gut beschäftigt.Nochmals vielen Dank an unsere GastgeberSabine und restlichen Sieben

Großzügiges Haus für Familien geeignet

Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und alles sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten kleine Kinder dabei und sie haben extra oben an der Treppe ein Tor eingebaut und einen Kinderstuhl bereitgestellt. Fußläufig ist man Schenk im Kurpark und Nationalpark. Gerne wieder

Erholung in der Eifel

Meine Frau und ich haben eine Woche Kurzurlaub in diesem, für 2 Personen eigentlich viel zu großen, Haus verbracht. Wir haben nur die Räumlichkeiten im Obergeschoß genutzt, wo sich der Wohn-Essbereich, die Küche, Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer befanden. Alles war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Check-in lief über einen Schlüsselsafe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über Mail, Whatsapp und Telefon verlief reibungslos. Als Standort für Ausflüge nach Monschau, Bad Münstereifel, Rurstausee und Hohes Venn gut geeignet. Der Ort selber gibt leider nicht allzu viel her. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass es das erste Ferienhaus war, in welchem Weissbiergläser vorhanden waren! Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht und gerne wandert, der ist hier richtig.

Großes Haus

Aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Umbuchung habe ich dieses Haus gebucht. Wir sind mit 2 Pärchen verreist um die Sternwarte zu besuchen. Die Anreise und der Check-In liefen unkompliziert und die Vermieter waren bei Fragen telefonisch zu erreichen. Alle notwendigen Dinge die man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt waren vorhanden. Wir waren von der Größe des Hauses begeistert. Alles war sauber und auch für unser Enkelkind war alles vorhanden. Bett, Hochstuhl und sogar ein Treppengitter wurde installiert. So konnten wir die Tage sehr genießen. Und werden die Unterkunft auch weiterempfehlen.
