Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.



It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace.



You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room.



In summer, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, every day except Saturday, from June 22 to August 29, 2025 included. In winter, the wellness area is open from 2pm to 7pm, every day except Saturday during the French school holidays and except Wednesday outside the French school holidays.

Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.The Agence des Orres offers for rent this large apartment of 60 m2 in duplex that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Enjoy a mountain getaway in the heart of the 1800 Orres in the "Erines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux.Ideally located, you will be within walking distance of all shops: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops and local products, ski rental shops....The apartment has a balcony and consists of an entrance with storage, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster...; and a living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area for 8 guests. On the ground floor you will have a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a sleeping area with two single beds as well; as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a second separate toilet. To relax after a day in the mountains, you will enjoy access to the wellness area of the residence with its superb heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (open in season only, in summer and winter).For a hassle-free stay, do not hesitate to reserve a double parking space for two vehicles in the underground parking lot of the residence, allowing direct access by the elevator to your accommodation (extra charge and subject to availability). This duplex will be completely refurbished in the fall of 2025, to offer you all the modern standing and the warm comfort of a small mountain chalet. New visuals to come!
