Welcome to Casa-Anne Gaou Bénat, a charming villa nestled in the peaceful and private Domaine du Gaou Bénat in Bormes-Les-Mimosas. This 160-square-meter retreat offers a heated swimming pool (9 x 4 meters), open from May 1st to September 30th, with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands.

Inside, the villa features a spacious and comfortably furnished layout with four bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.

There are two bathrooms, each containing a bathtub with a shower curtain, a toilet, and a bidet. Please note that there are no separate showers.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation, and the cozy living area provides a relaxing space to unwind, complete with a television for your entertainment.

Air conditioning is available on the upper floor only.

Step outside onto the front and rear terraces, where you can enjoy panoramic sea and island views—perfect for outdoor dining, relaxation, or entertaining. Although the villa is accessed by 24 steps, the climb is well worth it for the views and tranquility.

The villa is located 1.6 km from Le Lavandou and 2.2 km from Favière, offering convenient access to local amenities. The Toulon Train Station and Zénith Oméga Toulon are 44 km and 45 km away, respectively, while Toulon-Hyères Airport is just 26 km from the property.

Casa-Anne offers exclusive access to a private beach, located approximately 1.5 km away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk downhill to the beach, but the return trip uphill may take around 35 minutes

After booking confirmation, you will receive a link to a 3D virtual tour of the villa, and a dedicated reception manager will be there to greet you upon arrival and assist with any needs throughout your stay.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
