ROSE Vacances offers you this lovely 17 square metre studio, tastefully renovated in the Arago district of Les Sables d'Olonne, highly sought after by holidaymakers, just steps away from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this apartment is ideally situated, with everything accessible on foot: city centre, train station, market, local shops and beach.
The accommodation consists of a living area equipped with a large sofa bed convertible to 180, coffee tables, a folding dining table, TV and WiFi. This room opens directly onto a lovely terrace.
A functional and fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, 2 induction hobs, Krups coffee maker...
A bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin with storage unit and toilet.
You'll have a large storage cupboard in the entrance with cleaning supplies.
For sleeping, you'll have a mezzanine bedroom equipped with a 160 bed.
Finally, the exterior features a well-exposed terrace, completely enclosed and inviting relaxation, with garden furniture, parasol and electric plancha allowing you to enjoy aperitifs and grilled meals with family or friends!
Parking is paid on the main street.
