ROSE Vacances offers you this lovely studio on the first floor of a small residence, ideally located in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne city centre.
Accommodation for up to 2 people.
Located 20 metres from the popular main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, this studio will allow you to enjoy pleasant holidays, close to all amenities (pedestrian streets, restaurants, Halles market...).
The accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living area with a 140 cm sofa bed, folding dining tables and chairs, TV and Wifi. The kitchen is open and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (filters)...
With a bathroom with WC; equipped with a shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine and a vanity unit with storage.
To complete this accommodation, you will find a cupboard in the entrance.
Parking is free in the city centre streets.
