Au coeur du plus petit fleuve de France, dans un des villages les plus admirés deFrance, qui jadis a inspiré des impressionnistes. ..

What makes this property unique

Maison au coeur du plus petit fleuve de France à l’abris des regards et avec parking privé ( important à Veules les roses) . Balcons et terrasse pergola suspendus au dessus de l’eau. Vous serez seuls dans la nature, seule l’eau passe le long du jardin ( sud/ouest). Pour un sejour zen et ressourçant . Tennis club à 300m, centre on du village avec ses commerces de proximité, son cinema et la plage à 700 m de la maison. Tout est faisable à pied. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans le jardin, point très important à veules. La maison a été construite en 2024 : confort moderne, eco responsable et isolation performante.
