Leaving home, crossing the street and finding yourself on the beach. Are you dreaming of it? Then this charming apartment for 4 people will seduce you. With its sea view, it invites you to breakfasts on the terrace facing the bay of Erquy.
In the nicely furnished living room, you will find a new and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also there to make your life easier. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.
At the bar, a dining area has been designed with high chairs so that you can have your meals there. To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film or vibrate in front of sporting events. The convertible sofa offers a bed for two people and, if you need to telework, a desk is also in this room.
The bedroom consists of two twin beds (90/190). A shower room with shower and an independent WC complete this property. For more comfort, you will have a washing machine, a hairdryer and a private parking space (aerial). Once the car is parked, practically everything can be done on foot.
