It includes: A bright living room with a double sofa bed, large flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi; a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils; a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe; a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds; a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
French doors open onto a south-east facing terrace of approximately 7 m², furnished with garden furniture and an awning, offering pleasant views of Lake Thessaloniki and the gardens. A private parking space is secured by an electric gate. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Sleeps 4.
