Large 4 bedroom home with plenty of space for families. Screened in-ground pool with hot tub and a screened porch with tables and seating for 12+. Fenced backyard for pets, palm trees, patio, fire pit and gas grill. House is stocked and ready for you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, snacks and more, even a water bottle and chocolate on the nightstand to kick off your stay! Kitchen- Complete with coffee bar and cozy breakfast nook, this kitchen has everything you need to feel at home! Equipped with a Keurig Duo coffee pot so that you can use a single serve kcup or make a pot of coffee. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic seasonings. Bonus: french press & moka pot. Our family loves the walking trails around the lake, almost guaranteed to see some Sand Hill Cranes. Only a few steps from the front door! Want to take the kids to a playground? You have two within walking distance. Basketball, skateboarding or boating? Also, all within a short walk. Making core memories that last!

We had an incredible stay. The home is in a perfect location as far as centrally located in town or even the state of FL. You can venture to either side of the state in a reasonable time and enjoy a day at the beach. Any shopping needs are close by and convenient. BoK Tower is minutes away and a beautiful day event. We enjoyed the pool and spa daily. The home is cozy and comfortable, clean and welcoming. The host was quickly responsive and prompt for with communication. Highly recommend this home, location and host and hope to be back!

We were in town for a wedding. the home was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Our host Kristy was attentive and responsive. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down if you have anyone challenged by stairs. There aren't a lot of options to choose from in eastern Polk County. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Family Vacation
