This house with an unfenced garden on a 790m² plot has been recently renovated and the ground floor is uninhabitable. You access your accommodation via a staircase leading to a living space of 90m². It has a double bedroom (160 bed) and upstairs two bedrooms (140 bed and two 90 beds) under the roof, accommodating up to 6 people.
The house consists of a TV lounge with WIFI access and office corner. An open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and equipped with everything you need to feel at home; gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. An independent WC and a complete shower room complete the rental. For maximum comfort, you have a washing machine, hair dryer, outdoor furniture (tables, garden chairs, outdoor lounge, electric plancha, two sunbeds) and a bike storage.
