House was great. View was blocked by dunes. A bit of a walk to the beachon sand. Walk isn't great for people who are handicapped. Rooms and amenities met all our needs.

We had a wonderful week at this property in Salvo. There were 8 adults and 4 children - and plenty of space for us all to be comfortable and find quiet spaces. The home is very nice and the proximity to the beach is great. There is a walk but it is short and mostly over the sand dunes. I highly recommend this location for a family vacation.

Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your rental home. There were 15 of us and your home had plenty of extra amenities (pool, hot tub, movie theater, games, pool table, etc.) to keep everyone busy.

For those travelers with power wheelchairs.... There is an 8" drop to all decks, you will need a portable ramp to fully enjoy the decks. Beds are very high when transferring your loved one from the chair to the bed. For everyone else perfect and large!!

Our family had a awesome week in this comfortable house! Plenty of space for everyone. We swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, played pool & ping pong in game rooms, and cooked big family dinners in the big, open kitchen, dining, great room. We really appreciate the owner’s flexibility with a last minute change!

This house is amazing. The reviews that mention it being outdated are crazy. The house is in perfect condition.. beautiful location, lots of space, and so many amenities. Even with 20 people, there's so much space that you never feel like you're all over each other. You get lots of space to all be together and lots of room to have your own space when you need it. The only thing I would suggest to the property owners is to add a bathroom on the ground level or near the pool. There are 9 bathrooms in this house and not one on the ground level with the pool. Other than that, great house! We had a great stay!

Painters left outside deck unfinished, mini fridge still in house, smell of mold entering the 3rd level, mold on life preserver, garbage never picked up all week
