- BR 1: Master suite, located on the 2nd (middle) floor + King bed with an oversized rain shower, modern, free standing garden tub and separate vanities (sleeps 2)
- BR 2: located on the 3rd (top) floor + King bed (sleeps 2)
- BR 3: located on the 3rd (top) floor + Queen bed with stunning waterfront view (sleeps 3)
- BR 4: located on the 3rd (top) floor + 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over Full) for kids weighing less than 100 lbs each (sleeps 6)

All bedrooms have 12-inch memory foam mattresses (8 inches for top bunks), hotel luxury sheets, comfortable quilts, pillows, and smart TVs!

⚠️ THINGS TO REMEMBER

Guest access 🚪

▶ ️ Once we confirm your reservation, you’ll receive a keyless entry access code and community gate code 2 days prior to arrival date. You’ll have full access to the entire house except for the owner closet in BR 3.
▶ Our residents can only park a maximum of 4 cars (1 inside the garage and 3 outside). Any cars parked on the street will be towed at the guest's expense.

Other things to note ✅

* Golf cart is available for rental. $100/day, $500/week. Please reach out for month-long stays' rates.

* No social events or parties.

* Maximum number of adults allowed is 10.

* Cameras: Surveillance cameras are located outside of the house and inside the garage for security purposes only. No camera exists inside of the house.

* No pets allowed, as the owner's allergic to them.

* The owner/property manager does not have control over either the community pool or hot tub being closed due to maintenance or any type of emergency, so NO refund can be granted in these cases.

* BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.

* For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

* Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
