The former farm awaits you in an idyllic location in Österlen. Make yourself comfortable with your loved ones in the bright, homely rooms. The spacious kitchen-living room area invites you to spend time together. Cook together and spend nice evenings on the sofa, the quiet crackling of the fireplace stove creates a cozy atmosphere.



Settle down on the terrace that surrounds three sides of the house and watch your children play on the spacious property. From here you can see rolling fields, farms, church towers and the familiar silhouette of Glimmingehus. Gather the whole family for a delicious meal from the grill.



Österlen is surrounded by a winding white coastline. The beautiful beach of Knäbäckshusen, the fishing village of Baskemölla and the beach of Borby are close by, but the popular lake Gyllebosjön and the Forsemöllas waterfall are also within easy reach. Surfing centers, paddling and golf courses can also be found not far from the house.

Großzügiges, gepflegtes Ferienhaus im Herzen Österlens

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus aus einem alten Gutshof in der Nähe von Simrishamn. Ausstattung: Großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich, viele Fenster, Schwedenofen, gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche, sehr große Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei romantisch-verträumte Schlafstuben. Doch Vorsicht: Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil und nichts für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung!!
