A Peaceful Family Stay by the Baltic Sea

The holiday home is located just steps from the sandy beach, provided the perfect setting for a relaxing break. The private whirlpool was a highlight, offering a chance to unwind after quiet days by the sea. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.Communication with Johan, the host, was easy and pleasant. We will surely be coming back.

Wonderful Early Spring

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the beach house! Despite the cold weather, the location right on the beach was an unbeatable experience. Although the house was a little old, it only added to the character of the place. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again in the future.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Unsere Urlaubswoche vom 22.03-29.03 war eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in einem tollen Haus in 1a Strandlage. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sogar Holz für den Kamin ist vorhanden. Tolle Spaziergänge am Strand, herrliche Sonnenaufgänge, was will man mehr! Gastgeber Johan ist unkompliziert und antwortet auf Fragen umgehend! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wundervolle Lage direkt am Meer in einer schönen Umgebung mit vielen Wanderwegen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unkomplizierter Gastgeber.Leider mussten wir die Unterkunft sowie auch das Geschirr erst reinigen,die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen,ansonsten alles top.Wir würden wieder hin fahren.

Höstvecka med familjen

Vi var nöjda överlag. Huset är bra utrustat men det finns ett renoveringsbehov. Ingen lyx rätt enkla sängar. Kort sagt en typisk sommarstuga förutom läget och bubbelpoolen förstås. Kaminen eldade vi i vilket gav en hög mysfaktor. Vi var där v 37 d v s i september.

Kalasläge men dåligt hus

Huset var i dåligt skick med mögel i badrum och unken lukt i resten av huset. Vi var mest ute och valde att sova i den mindre stugan pga lukten. Ok utrustad men dåligt städad. Satt spikar som var halvvägs inspelade både här och där i huset. Golven var ojämna och gungiga. Jacuzzin var halvdan med dålig fart på bubblor och sunkiga kuddar. Läget på huset med närheten till stranden var himmelsk och räddade en del av helheten under vår vistelse.

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay in this quirky beach house. The location was perfect, just a short (1min walk) from the most beautiful beach. It was so nice to wake up to the sounds of waves and birdsong and afterwards going for long walks on the beach. The local towns Skillinge, Simrishamn and Kivik were so picturesque and beautiful. It was a shame to leave back to city life!

Traumlage

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus 2 wirklich wunderschöne und sehr entspannte Wochen im August ´19 verbracht. Wir waren schon (fast) ein bisschen außerhalb der Saison, umliegende Ferienhäuser waren teilweise schon unbewohnt - und so waren am herrlichen Strand nur wirklich wenig Menschen. Es war alles in allem sehr ruhig, oft nur das Raschen der Wellen und das "Geschrei" der über uns hinwegziehenden Gänse zu hören. Spektakulär ist besonders der Blick auf das Meer - und der Whirlpool. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Da machte es auch nichts, dass das Badezimmer speziell schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr einfach war,- die riesige Holzterrasse und die tolle Lage des Hauses sind kaum zu toppen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (und einem Etagebett) befindet sich im Annex. Bietet ebenfalls einen Blick aufs Meer, aber zur Toilette muss man ein paar Schritte über "draußen"/Terrasse. Das war - wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter - gar nicht schlimm. Bei kälteren Temperaturen oder Regen ist das vielleicht nicht so bequem. Uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. In Borry "down town", das sonst allerdings nicht gerade sehenswert ist. Aber in einem Radius von ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto kann man z.B. Kaseberga und, nur wenig weiter, Ystad erreichen. Beides schön und einen, oder auch mehrere, Besuche wert! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, konnten uns richtig gut erholen - ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice holiday home at the sea

The holiday home is located in an area together with other holiday homes and very close to the sea. It´s only a 50m walk to the beach. The whole area is very clean and tidy. Also the house has everything you need for a perfect stay. There is a supermarket 5km away in a small town called Borrby where one can get everything for the daily needs. The contact with the owner was friendly and uncomplicated. I would recommend this house.
