The complex is conveniently located close to other restaurants and a small market.
This unit backs up to a walk out area close to the grills and pool area. A grassy, maintained area is next to the patio with several aspen trees. Enjoy a game of catch outside!
In the winter, the unit is so close to the mountain, you can ski back to the street and walk across for lunch. The heated one-car garage is a nice treat in the winter when temperatures dip.
The atmosphere of the unit is warm and cozy and has many special touches to make each guest feel as though they were right at home in Steamboat Springs.

About the owner: I moved to Colorado in 1998 from the East Coast and have enjoyed playing in the mountains. I am very familiar with different outdoor activities, both winter and summer, and can easily suggest many trails or contacts for outdoor adventures. Steamboat has become one of my favorite mountain locations, and I enjoy visiting often. One day, I hope to become a full-time resident of this beautiful place.
Why the Owner Chose Steamboat Springs, CO, USA:
Since arriving in Colorado, I have skied many resort locations, but found myself coming back to Steamboat at least annually. As I've spent more time here, I realized that the winter offers some of the best and most abundant powder snow in the state. The town is a 'real' town in a sense that many residents live here throughout the year, people are friendly, and there is a sense of community. In the summer, there are many trails, springs, and two state parks within driving distance that have made Steamboat a summertime favorite. I had stayed at the Phoenix prior to becoming an owner and love the location and amenities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
One of the best features of the condo is its proximity to the mountain. I rarely use the shuttle service and walk across the path to the mountain in the morning. In the afternoon, the slope of the mountain allows you to ski all the way back to Apres Ski Way with a short walk across the street to the complex. This is also a larger 2 bedroom unit being nearly 1,036 sq. ft.
